This was definitely a unique dining experience. The salad bar was outstanding with lots of variety and the meat service was great! About every 5 minutes someone would come by our table with a skewers of freshly prepared meats. Various cuts of broiled and barbeque d beef, lamb, pork and chicken all you can eat! We really enjoyed the evening there. Great service and atmosphere combined with unlimited great food made for an awesome dinner and evening out. My wife and I spent around $160 including gratuity. We had iced tea with our meal so expect to spend about $70-$80 per person without adult beverages.

Good dining experience with a lot of options, but be sure to make a reservation before or you’ll have a long wait. Even with our reservations, we weren’t seated until 15 minutes afterwards. It was LOUD! And the seatings are oddly set- definitely not easy to get through.
In addition, there was one employee who was taking us to our seats who was a bit rude. We had our newborn baby with us, so when the hostess told him, he incredulously said, “Oh, the people with the baby?!”… yes, sir. People with children do go out to dinner – it isn’t a new phenomenon.
Beyond that, our waitress, Haley, was lovely, and all of the staff bringing meats around were kind.
The salad area was beautifully laid, and for the meat selection was awesome! Big fans of the flank steak, Brazilian Sausage, and leg of lamb! They were delicious!
The food is great, and the service as well, but the wait for things takes a bit, and be prepared to pay the piper. It’s a VERY expensive meal.
Two people, and it was almost $150 with tip. We also weren’t allowed to use a COMPANY coupon just because it was the Valentine’s Day weekend- which I found a touch shady – so you’re saying it IS valid just not today? Hmm…
Bottom line, plan ahead, and save your money for this spot.

Salad bar always great. The food is good. But this last time I went was very disappointing. The fact that the servers with the meat didn’t come around our table nor to 3 other tables we were sitting near the corner. The servers would stop at the table in front of us to serve meat and that table came in after us! while we were still waiting for them to pass by. We told our waiter twice about it. We only got served 2 little pieces of meat the entire time and we decided to leave since we’ve been waiting for awhile. Offered to pay for the salad only in which the supervisor/manager agreed to charge us for. Once I looked at our debit card charge fee, we were charged full prize! The audacity to charge us full price when we didn’t even get enough unlimited meat like we desired! We should have left without paying! Very upset and disappointed as I was looking forward to having a good anniversary dinner.

The food was amazing. This Valentines Day was amazing the Waiters were super kind and the bread with cheese were amazing. The desserts were to die for amazing. I would go again if I could. I went with a huge group to eat for Valentines and we loved it that’s why it’s expensive but it was so worth it! This is for the Employees: Hi I was wondering if I maybe dropped a stick that has a heart on it please do not throw away if i did keep it please and it’s sparkly I will show a picture of how it looks like I don’t know if I dropped it in the parking lot or inside please keep it if someone gives it to one of y’all please keep thank you.

Happy hour (until 6) is a great way to warm up to the impending dinner feast. Salad buffet area is so full of options that you must leave room for the meat parade that is about to start.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening at this restaurant. We have eaten at other Texas de Brazil locations and the Tyler location was no dissapointment. Our server, Russell and manager Tony were invested in our dining experience.
Meat was tasty and offered steadily. I missed some of the beef and pork rib rounds but left the restaurant as full as I could be. It was a good value for my wife and I.

I celebrated my birthday dinner here with a party of 16, and Texas de Brazil in Tyler did amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly patient with our large group. The service never skipped a beat , drinks stayed filled, plates were cleared quickly, and everyone was so friendly.
The food was phenomenal. Every cut of meat was tender, well-seasoned, and served hot. The salad bar was super fresh and had so many great options that even the pickier eaters in our group were happy. Not one person left disappointed.
The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating, lively but still comfortable enough for everyone to enjoy conversation. Our whole group felt taken care of the entire night, which isn’t always easy with such a big party!

Food was very inconsistent. We were told meat would be served medium rare but it was all over the place. Extremely rare most of the time. You get a bite of meat at a time so if you prefer a certain cut or type it takes forever to get it again because you get a bite size portion at a time. Potatoes tasted like they were a 50/50 mix of real and instant mashed potatoes. Fries were cold, overall very unimpressed for the high prices! Paid $126 for 2 people and left very disappointed!!

Great food. No surprises, you know what you are getting for the price. It is great service and amazing food. My only issue was how long it took to get sausage and never offered anything but fillet, and sirloin steak. Which tasted great but as we were seated people around us got the offered everything. Once we finally got to the meat they only came around with the beef.

I took a group of 10 on February 16,2026 and this was our valentine and anniversary celebration,our table was back in a corner with hardly room to move,our waiter was almost non existent and a server wasted food on my hand and my clothes and I spoke with Tony who was nonchalant about it,the server was very apologetic and this other bald headed server was rude and had an attitude and the people that were with me were all business associates and friends and they were not happy at all. I tried to keep it together so that my husband wouldn’t lose it,Needless to say I won’t be dining there again and my 9 followers have relaid the same—and I’m very upset about it because the food was wonderful
