The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly, and you never leave hungry. If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy amazing food and unlimited meat, this spot is definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! ️
From the warm greeting at the host stand to the exceptional service provided by Larissa, we felt completely taken care of. Larissa was especially helpful in guiding us through the dining process since it was our first time. The food was fantastic, and the salad bar offers a great, diverse selection that complements the meats perfectly.
One tip for future guests regarding the atmosphere: while the vibe is welcoming, it definitely should lean more toward business casual. To match the upscale feel of the rodizio experience, I’d suggest a polo/ button down and khakis for men or a sundress/blouse for women not flannel or sweatpants. It’s the kind of place where you want to dress up a bit to match the high quality of the food and service!
Huge thanks to the team and Larissa for making this birthday a memorable one. We will definitely be back.
Pretty happy with the location and really liked that the inside was nice, clean and not crowded with tables like a certain other chain that’s in Bellevue.
My only complaint was after getting the bill. We were charged $48 for water. Not because we wanted some special water, but because when I asked for regular water, they brought us Saratoga springs bottles. Yup, those bottles that sell for $3 at the store, Texas de Brazil charged us $8 per. Unfortunately, I paid before I saw that. I’m not as annoyed at how much they up charge, I am annoyed that when I said we will just have water, they only gave us an option for “filtered water”. When I said, regular water please… again “filtered water?” Yeh man, sure just regular water. WOW.
Otherwise the service is great, the food is good, and location is easy to get to.
From the moment we sat down, the staff was aggressively pushing upsells, even after we declined. Our drink menus were taken away multiple times, while the server repeatedly tried to steer us toward a specific happy-hour cocktail, asking if we were “sure” after we said no. It felt uncomfortable and pushy.
The pacing of the meal was also controlled in a way that made it feel manipulated. Desserts were brought out while people at the table were still eating their salad. The meat service was painfully slow, sometimes 10 minutes between slices, and the cuts that did arrive were a single paper-thin slice. Cheaper meats were served first, while the better cuts didn’t came around at all. To make things worse, the meat itself was tough, gristly, and difficult to chew, let alone enjoy. Instead of serving the meat right away they brought a small basket of bread, mashed potatoes and French fries without asking if we even wanted these things. How wasteful. It’s obvious it’s meant to fill you up before meat is served.
There was also a noticeable and uncomfortable disparity in how food was served: the women at our table were given paper-thin slices, while the men were offered slightly thicker cuts. This was done by each person serving… so it was clear this is a policy not an individual behavior.
Service was both inattentive and intrusive. Our table wasn’t cleared properly, yet staff hovered behind us at the salad bar, creating an awkward atmosphere instead of a relaxed one.
On a slow night, we were seated right in the middle of the only other diners, despite plenty of empty tables.
Overall, the food was mediocre at best and wildly overpriced for what we received. The whole experience felt designed to get you to pay top dollar for vegetables.
In the end, it didn’t feel like hospitality at all. It felt like a system meant to extract as much money as possible from each table. I would never eat here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Salad bar- meh
The meat guys only came around every 10m. So you are just sitting and waiting most of the time. When they finally come you get 1 piece. Most is medium rare. I dont like super pink, so id ask for a more well piece and they would say they would come back and never would. 4 of the meat guys walked right past our table, didnt even get to try the sausage or picana (all our tickets were flipped green the whole time). So you basically pay 60$ a person for a average salad bar and 5 slices of meat. Drinks each round took 15minutes to get.
I will never go there again, definitely a downer for my son’s 21st birthday. 0/10 do not recommend.
I understand today is a busy day, but they 100% overbooked and I expected to be seated and eating close to 7:30 as I reserved. I left because I didn’t want to wait an hour and a half to be checked in at the least. I am sure the food is good and the staff is nice, I am sure I will be back on a less busy day, but today was a disaster.
