The drinks and desserts do not come with the buffet so keep that in mind but it was definitely worth it.
If you don’t know what to get they definitely can recommend you some delicious drinks and desserts.
I was very pleased with the staff, the food, the drinks. Overall a great experience.
If only I had taken pictures of the creamy mashed potatoes, cinnamon-coated fried bananas, and all his meat selections.
The meat selection is decent, but not exceptional. The servers seemed to bring chicken more frequently than the higher-end cuts, which was noticeable.
The service was acceptable, but for the price you pay, it should be better. We had to ask our server to clear the table, and it took an unusually long time to receive a bottle of wine. I’m not sure what caused the delay, but it stood out.
The atmosphere is also fine, though for convenience the restaurant seated everyone on one side, which made it feel like we were slightly inconveniencing the establishment.
Overall, it’s worth trying if you haven’t been before, but there are better places to spend your money, especially at this price point.
definitely added to the experience.
Service is great and their staff are quite attentive and professional.
We went for dinner on Wednesday night and it was not crowded.
The ambience is elegant and comfortable, suitable for special occasions.
Pricing is a bit higher though sea foods are not served as well as the cinnamon pineapple.
The Dining Experience
The meat selection is the primary focus of the meal. The various cuts are generally well seasoned and flavorful. From the signature picanha to the flank steak and lamb, the seasonings are applied correctly and meet the expectations of a high-end steakhouse chain. The salad area also provides a good range of options, including fresh greens, imported cheeses, and charcuterie, which allows for a balanced meal between the continuous rounds of protein.
Service and Atmosphere
The service is good and maintains the fast pace required for this style of dining. The servers are attentive and ensure that the various skewers reach the table frequently. While the environment can become quite busy and loud during peak hours, the staff manages the flow effectively to prevent long waits for specific cuts of meat. The atmosphere is upscale but accessible, making it suitable for both casual dinners and more formal celebrations.
Verdict: This restaurant is a solid choice and can be recommended for group gatherings or celebrations where a high volume of food is the main objective. It delivers a reliable and consistent experience without being overly remarkable, making it a dependable staple in the Jacksonville dining scene.
The food is consistently delicious, especially the steaks, which are always cooked perfectly. The lobster bisque is superb—hands down the best we’ve ever had. The salad bar and buffet are impressive, but fair warning: it’s easy to fill up before the real star of the show comes out—the endless varieties of meats. They bring around so many different cuts, cooked in different styles, so there’s truly something for everyone.
The service is always exceptional, and the staff does a great job keeping everything flowing smoothly. And their sangria? So good—it’s a must-order every time.
This is one of our favorite special-occasion restaurants, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
