We made a reservation over a month in advance for Valentine’s Day and still ended up waiting an hour for a table, even though we showed up on time. They were telling walk ins the wait for that night was 4+ hours, so I wasn’t too disappointed with the 1 hour wait, but still know that if you’re going on a holiday.

Food was fine, it was more my husband’s style than mine. He really enjoyed it and wants to go back. He loved the tri tip steak most. However I hate the way they have all of these tables packed so close together. It’s hard to squeeze around them to get to and from the salad bar. Extremely crowded atmosphere, might be better if we went on a less busy day. Lobster Bisque was insanely good

he salad bar was crisp, vibrant, and filled with a great variety of fresh options. Everything looked inviting and was constantly replenished. The service team was attentive and friendly, making sure our table was always taken care of. The highlight was the endless selection of meats brought straight to us, each one cooked perfectly and packed with flavor.

Excellent food. Don’t come here in a rush. There is no menu. They bring out sides and you flip a card when you want meat. One meat offering every 5 min or so.

Small portions of meat served each round, so take advantage of them when they come around.

Mashed potatoes and fries are good .

Excellent salad bar.

Worth the price.

The salad bar was absolutely awesome!
Everything very fresh. Great variety. The service was great. Our waitress, along with all of the staff provided outstanding service. There was a good variety of meats, and they came around at a great pace. Some of the meats were overly salty. Some were perfect, and some meat too well done. Beautiful atmosphere, and location.

One of the best meals ever! Unlimited premium meat cooked to perfection. Filet Mignon, Beef ribs, tri-tip, pork ribs, leg of lamb, lamb chops and much more. Salad bar full of finger foods and fixings – comes with decadent mashed potatoes, bomb French fries and banana cooked in rum. Worth the price

Amazing experience! Our group of 6 stopped for dinner and everything was literally perfection. The server was helpful and informative, and she even had the kitchen make some french fries for our 11 year old diner. The salad bar is fabulous….fresh and flavorful and tons of items that are not on typical salad bars….hearts of palm, fresh asparagus, Brazilian pineapple slices, shrimp salad, fresh cheeses, etc. They also had lobster bisque that was positively decadent….rich and creamy and oh so good! The meats were all cooked perfectly and were brought to our table frequently. We all ate entirely too much, but can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

I have been to several independent Brazilian steakhouses over the years, but this was my first visit to a chain Brazilian restaurant. I love the experience eating delicious Brazilian meats, but not this visit! We were seating right next to the salad/hot bar, I mean right beside it. It was nothing but noise and constant people walking beside us. Our waiter was a bit snippy but was overall prompt. The sides provided were not very warm and did not taste that good. The meat was just eh okay. Most of the steak arrived to my plate CHARRED and burnt to a crisp. I guess if you want anything other than the RARE meat they try to give you, they burn it. The meat also did not have much of the authentic Brazilian seasoning on it, barely any flavor at all. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant again because I don’t feel like it represented a REAL Brazilian steakhouse.

One other thing I’d like to mention is that their coupons are deceiving. They pulled us in with a 25% off dinner coupon. Be sure to read the fine print. It’s not 25% of your total dinner bill, it only applies to one individual meal. It says that no where on the coupon or the advertisement. I only found out when I asked the waiter and he told me to check the fine print on the website. Had I known that, we would not have went. We paid $130 for subpar sides and burnt meat. Not worth it!

The service was exceptional!! The salad area and hot bar items were also great. Most things tasted if vinegar which may not work for some but we enjoyed trying several new things that you don’t see in a traditional American salad bar. My complaint was with the meats. The variety of meat offered is why we went and also was why we were willing to pay the high prices. However, the flash steak, pihcane and filter mignon were rather tough and chewy. The bacon wrapped chicken breast and Parmesan crusted pork loin were the best meat items were tried but I feel the price paid was way too much. 4 meals with ice waters was $275. This is a but ridiculous considering that the meats were mostly inedible. I could have cooked a steak at home that was so much better.

Merry Christmas to the amazing team at Texas de Brazil!

It’s not often that I get the opportunity to write a positive review, but this visit absolutely deserves it. From start to finish, everything was outstanding, and I can honestly say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

A huge thank you to Bri, our waitress. She was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Bri anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made the meal feel personal and seamless. Her energy and personality truly elevated the experience and made it memorable.

The Gauchos were also incredible—friendly, full of energy, and so engaging. The way they brought the meat to the table with enthusiasm made the meal fun, interactive, and unforgettable.

Honestly, I can’t overstate how much I enjoyed this visit. The service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. Bri and the entire team made this experience exceptional, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Food per usual, amazing.
Employees(servers and waiters), and their service, amazing per usual.
Management, awful. Downright experience ruining. Now that’s a first.

Within 15 minutes of sitting down, meat was being brought to us, one server in particularly was making jokes with us because we started joking about how we were going to be ready to explode by the time we left, innocent jokes in my opinion. This server made the experience 20x better and made it feel so much more personable compared to the monotone people who simply say what the meat is and ask weather or not we want it. This particular server made it more human, more real.

This manager, by name Ashley, running shift on 11/30/2025 around 5:30PM, she witnessed us cracking up with the server and had the nerve to not only reprimand him for making our experience better, but she did it right in front of the table, not even 3 feet from it, she was pretty much right in front of us with the server, and reprimand? That word doesn’t describe this, she scolded this grown man like a child for making our experience better which in turn utterly ruined mine. The man is trying to earn a check, and you can’t even let him be a real human? I will not be returning to this establishment.
