Without a doubt, this is a place we would happily return to and highly recommend. Perfect for both special occasions and a great dining experience overall.
Thankfully, Colton completely turned the evening around. He was phenomenal—extremely attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great birthday dinner. He even covered the backs of our coats with napkins to keep them clean and brought me a plate with a candle for my birthday, even though I was too full for dessert. His friendliness and attention to detail made all the difference and helped us to enjoy the rest of our night.

We went on NYE, you can decide if that was my mistake or not. We had a reservation for 7pm. The door area and dining area in front of the entrance was jam packed with people waiting for their tables, they too had reservations. There were so many people that they began to stand between peoples tables! Servers were not able to bring them food due to all of the people standing around and forgot about tables waiting for their checks. They clearly overbooked and didn’t care about people experiences, just their $60 per person they were getting.
We finally sat at 7:30/7:45. Right next to the entrance door where people are coming in and out constantly so it was freezing. It was 22 degrees out and I could feel my food getting cold. I had to put my jacket on while we ate. We must have been on the wrong side of the restaurant because you could hardly get anyone to bring you anything. When they did bring you something it was overcooked and too chewy to swallow. I didn’t get much variety either, how many times can you bring bacon covered fillet over when there are many meats to choose from. The salad bar and hot bar were a desolate wasteland of scraps. Lots of empty dishes waiting to be refilled.
When I had gotten up to go to the bathroom, on the other side of the restaurant it was a completely different atmosphere. There were plenty of servers, it was super warm, and it just genuinely looked like everyone was having a great time. Perhaps the layout of the restaurant needs to be rethought as our side was quite cold and forgotten about.
I paid $180 for 2 people and I don’t think I’ve been more disappointed in a meal/experience in my life.
During our recent visit to the restaurant, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delightful experience provided by the staff, including Jasmine, Amanda, Tad, Chris, Edgar, and Anny.
Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched as they graciously accommodated our large community gathering, staying open late to ensure our celebration was a success.
This generosity was especially appreciated as we were marking a significant event for our brothers and sisters.
The food was nothing short of impeccable, each dish crafted with care and bursting with flavor.
The service was second to none, with the team attending to every detail with precision and genuine kindness.
Overall, the evening was a perfect blend of culinary excellence and heartfelt service, making it an unforgettable occasion for all who attended.
