My husband and I loved it!! Daniel was our server and he was amazing from beginning to end. He explained very detailed all the dishes and cuts that we could get to make our experience feel welcoming and easy.
Definitely a great place to get the best meat. And the salad bar was fire too! We loved the grilled pineapple and definitely will be back for the delicious caipirinha!!! Thanks Texas de Brazil and thanks Daniel!! ✨✨✨
We told Daniel that we loved the grilled pineapple and he brought us a plate of them with a “Happy Anniversary” message for the special ocassion (it looked perfect before we start eating it). We really appreciate it and made our night to be one to remember.
We will be back!
We had no problem getting the best cuts of meat to the table quickly, and everything was cooked perfectly. My favorites were the bacon-wrapped filet mignon and the garlic steak — both were outstanding and kept coming around just when I needed them.
Great food, great service, and a very clean, well-run restaurant. I’d definitely go back.
Price was way more than it should have been for quality and quantity. Maybe that is just because it was a Sunday evening.
The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. The atmosphere felt nice and welcoming, which made it a great place to enjoy a meal and relax.
Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience and I’d definitely come back again.
Our experience here was HORRIBLE. Neither of us had been, I think when he booked it he thought it was a “nice” restaurant. So it was neither “nice” nor was it Valentine’s day worthy. Where do I start?
So I think restaurants need to balance volume with quality, right. You probably want to leverage Valentine’s day for the potential revenue, but you need to keep it classy and provide a good experience to people trying to celebrate Valentine’s. This felt like a warehouse and we were on an assembly line, purely there to eat, pay money and turn over our table so someone else could do the same thing. No quality, no romance.
I have no idea if the restaurant is normally so packed or if any attention is paid to the arrangement of tables, but we were positioned right beside the server’s station, so we constantly had people right beside us, moving around and getting things out of the station. I had multiple people bump into me while we were trying to eat because there clearly wasn’t enough room for the servers to easily move around the restaurant due to so many tables. It was very difficult to relax and have a nice dinner when you have people rummaging around a server station beside you and are being bumped into. There needed to be more room for the servers and people with the meat.
So, for anyone hoping this is a *nice* or *date night* environment I’m going to save you some trouble. It’s not. It’s disgusting. I was given a dirty plate and a dirty wine glass.
This is gross by itself, but then I used the ladies room. I can’t even describe this accurately, but imagine the worst gas station bathroom you’ve ever seen. I think a couple of the light bulbs were out because it was oddly lit. There were 3 sinks but only one of them was accessible (one was covered in wet paper towels and the other wasn’t working). The bathroom smelled like whoever had used it last had ended up in the hospital, and my toilet stall had no toilet paper. I can’t even say anything else, it was just that bad. I feel like this restaurant gives off a sad vibe of “we tried to be nice but eventually gave up,” which paired well with the people we saw dining in their pajamas.
Well, at least the food was good, right? Nope. Everything I had was cold and rubbery. I barely ate anything.
Worst Valentine’s dinner ever and definitely worst date night. Gross. Zero stars.
The meal itself was quite good, though I did notice that the meat was a bit cold, and the chicken was a tad tough and dry. However, the flavors were still enjoyable, and it didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of our visit.
I appreciate the attentive service and the overall atmosphere, and I look forward to returning for another meal. With a few tweaks to the food, this place could easily earn that fifth star!
First, the service was almost non-existent. Our waitress rarely came back and we’d try flagging down other staff. One of which didn’t speak English and so couldn’t help. On the rare occasions we finally found and flagged our waitress, she would forget about us after we asked for something. For example, it took 25 minutes for her to obtain and deliver one drink. (And we had to remind her of it!!) Either you need to give your staff less tables to service, or this one needs retraining.
Second, you couldn’t use the restrooms!!! My female partner went to use the bathroom and said it was not usable because multiple people had “thrown up everywhere on everything”. She said other women tried and failed to find a way to safely use the bathroom.
We figured this was a temporary problem so she waited 20 minutes and tried again. Same problem. Waited another 20 minutes. Still same problem. 90 minutes and the bathroom was still out of order. We flagged a staff person and explained the situation and asked if they were aware. The staff person said yes and it had been like that ALL NIGHT!! And there were no plans to get it back in order. Umm what??
I feel like should report this to the department of health as a code violation. How do you operate a busy restaurant and not have any staff to fix the bathroom for the entire night? You know what, I think that I will report it!
So just know you take a risk coming here and spending $200 for poor service and no bathrooms.
