My husband and I went to the food truck after they advertised in my community facebook page. I bought 3 pounds of crawfish. 90% of the crawfish was either reheated or came frozen and heated up to resell. The tails were hard and the fatty bits in the head was dark and grey. Only the other 10% of the crawfish was actually fresh. The tails were soft and the heads had bright yellow fatty bits. Did they think that sprinkling a few new pieces in would fool me into thinking these were fresh? So dissappointing to spend good money of food that was old and hard. This shows how little they care about customers and providing quality food. They only care about money. We will never go back. Glad I didn’t tip. Would’ve pissed me off more. They come to my community ammenity center from time to time. Will be sure to let my neighbors know not to waste their money.

This place is awesome! This is my second time trying this place and I am blown away every single time. The daily deals can’t be topped anywhere else and the food quality is definitely your moneys worth! The crab legs I got has such good flavor and a well amount of meat within the shell. They loaded the plates with tons of potato, corn, and a huge piece of sausage. The amount of food that you get for your buck is definitely worth it in my opinion. This is one of the best places you’re gonna get a seafood here in San Marcos! I got those two Crab/Shrimp seafood platters for $40! Stop by and give them your business. Very authentic, humble and well rounded Owner and Staff 🙂

My son and I stopped at the food truck while they were visiting our neighborhood. I spent $47 for the food plus a tip I left. I ordered 2 crab clusters, some dipping butter, and chicken nuggets and fries for my son. When we got home there was no dipping butter or chicken nuggets in my son’s box just fries. The crab legs were small and I got about a lb and a half. I was disappointed for the price and I still had to cook dinner for my son when we got home.

Restaurants and food trucks are great not only Do they automatically have a food truck at your favorite venue, but the portions in the perfect size! you don’t feel anything but taken care of at one of these restaurants. I know They have a Seguin Texas Crab Company. Where I discovered them at anyways it’s like a go in and sit down place. They are going to expand and I don’t even think it’s hit them yet. They put red lobster to shame I was in the military. I’ve been every kind of seafood on a man and I’m literally throw down over a plate of the seafood! I think they have another sitdown location, but they really have these cool will their these accompanying (TCC) food trucks that are placed on locations to locations at different times This is Texas state San Marcos, Texas they do the tailgates and samplings with other food trucks. their gear is second none! Having an owner Ruben Garcia Accompanying his son and other fellow chef John Boy quick story about John Boy Is that is that son from the way the man cooks but not long ago if john had to call it A.k.a. bite the bullet go ahead and pack up the TCC food truck before One of the most tremendous rain storms that we’ve seen in some years No less than five minutes of John and his wife exiting the food truck had shaken a tree To the point it fell on it Destroying the food truck entirely leave from the roof down to the chassis himself and his wife would’ve been barricaded inside. No, I think about it. They probably would be making seafood making the best of a bad situation. I’ve never seen a company regroup so fast due to community support and charity and fundraisers to get another food truck Is a donated or had a GoFundMe account to those lines? I know myself I threw in planning so if you are a seafood critic and you believe you know of the Perfect place I’m not saying you do. I’m not saying you don’t I’m saying why don’t you try to come Texas crab company as this is my perfect place I’m telling you Ole Ruben and John will show you Well, masters of their craft, they are true Masters and everyone of their team is amazing.
