Used to like coming here for breakfast, not gourmet but good for the price, it’s old and rundown but it is what it is. Supposedly temporarily closed but I have my doubts they will ever open back up. We”ll see

Good small town Cafe. The fresh salsa was great, on my ham and cheese omelet. The server was a mature lady, that gave me excellent service. She was very attentive and friendly. My first visit, and I will go back. I understand they have a great buffet on weekends.

The waitress was super friendly! I walked in with a disposable coffee cup stuffed into my jacket hood (had been a rough morning) and she was so polite as to let me know that it was there.. Otherwise I would have had no idea, and my nonobservant husband would have let me walk around the rest of the day like that! After that, she served us up with amazing breakfast, was very attentive to our needs, and we left full and satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend this quaint little restaurant for anyone passing through Athens.

The waitress put my beans in the microwave before she brought them over, and they were burnt onto the plate, when I asked for beans that aren’t burnt she came back with some other beans they tasted like pancake mix or sugary very strange taste. She seemed annoyed to be waiting on us when we first got there too. Not welcoming at all. The waffle was also burnt.

Super friendly staff, awesome service and the food was fresh and delicious! Those home cut fries are worth the trip all by themselves.
Huge menu choices so we’ll definitely be back to try more of it.

Best food ever from home cooked country food, then you have your Mexican food all in one place! The chicken fried steak is the best, to the enchiladas, and then they have a breakfast buffet on the weekends all you can eat for just 8.99. I love this place and the service was great from Michelle Lowe!!
