Here lately Texas burger has been horrible. The fries are cold and they can’t ever get my cheese burger right. I finally called up there and complained and the manager told he was was very sorry about that and asked me to save my receipt and he would comp the whole dinner because they messed everything up on top of cold soggy fries. I just called up there and gave them my information and the receipt number and the lady Manager said no, she was not gonna make it right. She must be having a bad day by the way she to the guy I was talking to on the phone. It’s not like I am ripping them off. I mean I spend a lot of money going here and you can’t make my order right. Ok I got you!! You really need to pay attention to the orders and put fresh hot food out is that a lot to ask for? I’ll take my business elsewhere. Texas burger isn’t like it used to be anyways

I’ve had two bad experiences here within a few days of each other. First day I paid for an extra dressing and didn’t get any, and they also shorted me the fries. The ‘man’ at the window was very rude about it and unfriendly. Today after getting attitude from girl on speaker, I get home to see why my order was so much, and realized that I got the correct order but they charged me for someone else’s order who got more food than I did. I received the right order but paid for multiple meals. I will not be back as this location seems to really be going downhill with RUDE employees.

Ordering was a nightmare. I had to repeat my order 4 times for only 3 burgers and they STILL got it wrong. Charged me for 4 drinks when only ordered two. The food is good but getting it was like inventing the wheel all over again.

Service is great and the taste of the food is average. The cost is what will get you. Over $10.00 for a regular hamburger meal and a regular drink. I prefer Whataburger at this point, the food taste better and the price on average is less.

Are you serious? I had to repeat a double bacon cheeseburger all the way, three times to the guy, a grilled chicken sandwich meal, and a regular bacon cheeseburger, dry, no veggies. What I got was a regular single patty cheeseburger, no bacon, the other cheeseburger had all the veggies with no bacon and just a grilled chicken sandwich. The bad reviews speaks loud and clear, 3 ORDERS ON 1 TICKET AND ALL 3 WERE WRONG! ARE THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS ON DOPE!?JESUS CHRIST!

I’ve never really been a fan of restaurant salads until I met the Crispy Chicken Salad here at Texas Burger. Two onion rings top this salad and honestly they make this salad amazing! A couple of my families favorites are Nacho Fries, the Jalapeño Burger, the Chicken Strip Basket, and you cant forget the Homemade Ice Cream! Try the Rocky Road, Oreo, Chocolate Chip Mint, and many more!

So kids and everyone eat for 45(3 kids and the wife) everything is ok, except for the bacon in mommas burger. Pink, floppy, undercooked. Fine whatever, lots of places can’t do bacon at all. Go back, spend an additional 22 for 3 ice creams and my burger Texas double add cheese and jalapeños. Disgustingly undercooked. I tasted it before i noticed. This is utterly unacceptable.

This is my families go to when we feel like eating a burger it’s fresh and always fast so when I see a big line I’m never worried everything is great about this place but I do have to wonder if whenever we order a steak finger dinner and they ask if we want more fries or a salad do they literally mean five extra fries cause I would assume there would be more double check bags they tend to forget a thing or two ♀️

Great friendly customer service!! Great prices. Best burgers in town in my opinion. Live those cherry peppers and toothpicks they give with the burgers. Spicy fries are the best!!!
