Service was fast and easy. My daughter and I split a potato. We already knew from a tik tok that the potatoes could be up to 3 lbs. we had the famous outlaw, all the way with brisket. The brisket had a great mesquite flavor, very authentic to Texas bbq. It was so much, neither one of us could finish. Would go back again.

Been shopping here for years , at first the baked potatoes were loaded with ingredients looking exactly like they do on the website. I just went here today to get a cowboy potato (simple potato: cheese,bacon,chives,sour cream) when I got my food it was mainly just cheese and sour cream. Very little scoop of bacon and no chives

Listen to me when I tell ya… I’m not a huge loaded regular potato fan…sweet potato yes.
But once the taste of this loaded potato with chicken hit the palate of my tongue…OMGoodNess!
Truly blown away on how good everything is from the potato itself to the perfectly seasoned chicken and all the other fixings on top.

First time visit and we got it delivered. We didn’t try the signature potatoes, but we were pleasantly surprised by the meats and sides. My boyfriends favorite was the beef and mine was the pulled pork. We loved that the prices were cheaper than some other local places. The baked beans were very tasty and I’d get those again. The broccoli and rice casserole was definitely comforting. The cornbread was moist and sweet like a dessert cake.

The food at this place was really yummy, and came in hefty portions! I am normally hesitant to order pulled pork at a BBQ place that has “Texas” in the name because I am a Carolina-style girlie all the way… but I tried it here, and it was good!!! Not dry, but not saucy or sticky either – just the right amount of flavor. The coleslaw was delicious, not too much mayo (so I was still able to convince myself I was eating veggies), and the baked beans were HOT with big chunks of pork in them. Everything stayed hot while I drove to a local park to eat outside. The girl who worked the window was very nice, and patient with me while I asked questions as a first-time customer. She even straight-up called her dad (who I’m assuming is the owner) to ask about an allergy concern I had. This was ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service – really appreciated. And it feels good to support a local, family-owned place. TY!

My favorite bbq use to be in Nashville, until I found Texas Bbq and their Outlaw Potato Shack. They are a staple in our home! They are quick , consistent every single time and a crowd pleaser for locals and out of town guests. I highly recommend you try this bbq and ALL of their menu options! You won’t be sorry and you won’t be broke.

The food here is great, but the customer service has gone downhill. I recently called to place an order, and the person who answered sounded rushed and impatient. Instead of putting me on hold like they’ve done in the past, I said I wanted to place an order, and they snapped back asking me what I was ordering. When I mentioned a few potatoes, they told me I didn’t need to order over the phone because it’s a drive-thru and my food would just sit there until I arrived. I hung up — I refuse to explain why people call ahead. I’d rather support a business that values its customers. This was the last straw, especially after my last three orders were incorrect.
