Second time coming here. This time for Superbowl. We showed up pretty early and had a great attentive server. Not a lot going on. Cashed him out when shift change was coming. Next server….. Worried about money and since we got there early we didn’t have a huge appetite moving forward. Ordered a few apps and dessert but he just kept moving more towards tables that were paying more. I get it but I still left well over 20% for him to ignore and be semi rude. Place is in a great spot hotel wise but less than desirable to come. May still go back if around the area but not for football events. Thanks

We went to Texan Station Restaurant inside the Gaylord Texan to have burgers with my family, and honestly they were some of the best burgers we have ever had. The temperature and seasoning were absolutely perfect, and you could really tell the quality and care that went into the food.
Chef Glenda and Chef Erasmo even came to greet us at the table, which made the experience even more special. They were incredibly kind and welcoming.
Our server Ashley was also very attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect during our visit.
Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I definitely highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Gaylord Texan or if you’re in the area.

Very cool spot in the resort had lunch with my wife before seeing the Cirque show. The amount of TVs on a game day are remarkable and the staff was on point and attentive. We had burgers and a chicken sandwich that were cooked well and hit the spot. I beef on the burger was quality and ground in house I believe.

I ordered the grapevine burger with fries and pickles. The portion of fries I got was huge! Loved that. The burger was good. I’d give it a 7/10. The burger itself was a split bland but also a good size. The house sauce was also a bit low in the flavor area. That being said it was the best place I ate in the whole resort. (Heads up with the pickles, they are not dill. They are a sorta spicy bread and butter like.)
I also got the espresso martini. It was also really well balanced and very yummy!

We were working at the convention center until late but wanted to eat quick and get back to our room- this actually did that so THANK YOU ! My burger was okay and so was the appetizer but it was a very Midwest bland burger and I thought Texas would be bigger on flavor – I think my burger alone was $26…. Five guys burgers have more flavor

We visited Gaylord Texan for the holiday season and spent about $500 for the ICE exhibit experience. It was festive and fun, but the food situation for day guests was a huge disappointment.
After spending that kind of money, finding out the on-site restaurants are only serving overnight guests felt ridiculous. There was no clear heads-up during planning or ticket purchase, so we assumed we could grab dinner on property afterward. Instead, we were turned away and left scrambling. If you’re going to welcome day visitors and gladly take their money, you need to clearly communicate dining restrictions up front.
Plan accordingly, because the restaurants may not be an option unless you’re staying overnight.

We are staying here and have eaten here 3 times already. The wait staff has been absolutely amazing. The food has been solid as well. HUGE shout out to Zack, Leslie, Kelly, and Yoel! Wow. Talk about people who seem to genuinely care about service in a way you do not see often. They gave great pointers on things to do locally and SUPER efficient on service all around. It seems the culture is strong in this restaurant. I am shocked at any bad reviews because it was 3 days in a row that kept bringing us back. Bravo to all 4 of them!!!! We had chicken nachos, amazing steak bowls, burgers, and enjoyed it all!!!! My wife and I thank you all!

While staying at the beautiful Gaylord Texan Resort, stopped in for a late dinner. I was surprised by how spacious it was inside (didn’t seem so huge from the outside). It’s filled with many TVs and a huge projector to watch sports games & great drink menu.
