A great spot to enjoy a good meal with pleasant service. The space was nice and the service was very friendly. The drinks were good. The food was delicious, they have a large list of dishes, appetizers, and salads. The cauliflower salad was so good and filling and the hamburger was mouthwatering. The cakes were delicious and very satisfying. A cute restaurant/bar to enjoy great meals and service.

I expected regular bar food but I was surprisingly impressed with what options they had as well as the quality of food. I wish I took the servers name down (AM BAR A on the check doesn’t seem right, lol), she was great. She was very attentive, thoughtful, kind, and made sure the food came out exactly as we ordered. My kids loved their fries and they rank restaurants among themselves. Portion sizes are appropriate. I would highly recommend this place.

Tessie’s is an awesome place! Beautiful atmosphere, and friendly and fast service. However, the star of the show was the food. The portions were huge, with a lot of fresh ingredients and variety on the menu. The cauliflower buffalo bites were spicy and tender. The tater tots were incredibly crispy and cheesy. The Cobb salad was light and refreshing. The corn chowder was fabulous, warm with a great consistency and lots of vegetables. The pretzels were well salted and airy. Finally, the chicken sandwich had juicy and crisp meat and came with lots of toppings. The pretzels and sandwich came with an amazing honey mustard as well, super sweet and flavorful. 100% check out if you’re nearby. They have lots of selections and something that everyone will enjoy!

Great experience. Overall friendly, clean and great food. Really loved the fried chicken sandwich. Tater tots are absolutely perfect, Very well cooked crunchy and taste amazing. Salads are great! Size proportions and amazing flavors.

It’s a really nice bar, we were watching a baseball game here. The fried pickles were really good, but the fried chicken sandwich (fried chicken Sammie) was even better! It was a huge piece of fried chicken in a pretzel bun, which made it amazing. My husband ordered the Tessie burger, he said that it was really good too. I would definitely come back if I’m in Waltham again!

came here for drinks and wasn’t a big fan of their sangria service i was given. i had a margarita and i had ask to get more mix since it was a bit strong for my liking and he added in more mix but then touched my straws to mix in what he just added in and didn’t replace the straws or anything…. just gave it straight back to me. and this was after i’ve seen him touch a million other things at the bar. not very sanitary and as a customer that’s not what i would like to see as someone is handling my drink

Love this place great location and friendly staff. I had to come back for that bomb chicken sandwich. The nachos were great as well. Full bar nice mixed drinks and comfortable booth..Watching the dishes go by you could see the talent behind the scenes in the presentation..Love this style of pub edgy modern but old school feel.

When I see 2 things that I like on the menu then usually I like to split 2 dishes with someone else. I guess the server heard that we were gonna do it and without even asking, she had the cooks split our burgers and 2 plate them. I will find out her name but she was one of my favorite bartenders ever. I have only had great experiences her and I will be coming back regularly!
