Food was excellent, other than we weren’t able to get steak sauce because they were out.
One of the employees came to our table, addressed an “issue” loud enough for others around us to hear and stare at us, we almost walked out.
Our waitress was nice enough, but we weren’t told anything about any specials. Other diners coming in afterwards were, however.
Even though it was really delicious and hearty, the food took forever to come out. We ordered Jalapeno Cheese Poppers (no photo) for our appetizer, which were served with marinara, although we would have rather been asked for an option, such as ranch to dip it in.
My MiL ordered grilled pork chops with steak fries. We assume the garlic bread the waitress delivered just before our food came out was to go with this meal.
My husband had The Belly Buster. I ordered a large philly cheese steak with added mushrooms. The sandwiches didn’t come with sides, but I ordered a side of curly fries to round it out.
Since I had never dined here, I didn’t know how LARGE the portions were, so we had plenty to take home and utilize for several future meals.
I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back and hope for a better experience; I’m just not going to go out of my way to eat there again.

First time trying Terry’s & the previous reviews were def on point! Got greeted as soon as we walked in, the food was sooo much more then what I anticipated, that chicken Parm sandwich was huge, couldn’t close it or finish it! Destiny was out waitress and she even brought us homemade cookies when she found out it was my husband’s birthday yesterday such an amazing little place and we will def be back!!

Decided to stop at Terry’s bar and grill for a bite to eat, ordered the fish sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich , I suggest you should be hungry when you come here because they give you a lot of food. Our server Tara was excellent well, we decided to go back for lunch on saturday, I had the same fish sandwich unbelievable and their coleslaw is excellent. Also my wife had the chicken salad like I said. Before you need to be very hungry, they give you a lot of food.

No wait, seated & greeted by lovely young lady Lexi, whom got our drinks & gave us time to look over the many items on the meau. Huddy got fish dinner which was delicious & cooked perfectly. I ordered the Chicken tenders as well as our two guests. Which were delicious as well. Terrys is absolutely a must stop, The servce & food is five star !!

Visiting the area and was taken to Terry’s Place, a local establishments that has been there for a long while. Awkward entrance, medium sized bar, and ample dining areas. You can tell it’s a hit with the locals. Piped music and TV screens around dining and bar areas.
Terry’s is known for its friend chicken batter specialties and very large portions. If you’re into fried foods, chicken, fries, tater tots, then this is the place for you. I agree the chicken batter is delicious. I, however, ordered a salad with steak tips. The portions of food are definitely large; a chicken finger order fed 2 children with 2 adults dipping into the platter and we still had leftovers.
My salad appeared fresh and delectable. The one thing I did not like is that the steak arrived cold. We were a party of 4, there were other parties of two ( 3 in fact that were served prior to our food arriving). That can be annoying when you have children at the table. Restaurants may say, well it depends what you order, however, we ordered the simple chicken fingers, tots and my salad ♀️
A lady, not our server, took the steak back for warming yet it arrived similarly cool ♀️ At checkout, my son was told we arrived JIT, as the wait for food was an hour.
At the end of the day, it’s local and convenient, and the recipe tastes good, you can check it out for yourself. I wouldn’t be opposed to returning.

Huge portions at great prices! Excellent service from the bartender/waitress, Victoria. She was on it although she was super busy! Everything was phenomenal! Definitely recommend and definitely will return when in the area again. I had the sirloin tips dinner, with choice of two sides. I chose onion rings and baked potato. The dinner comes with fresh baked seasoned sourdough bread. My husband got the chicken strips, a whole pound and a half of chicken strips… Blew my mind! My husband had been there a few weeks prior and wanted me to try it. Victoria had also taken care of him the first time he was there. He said that she had been very busy that evening as well, but it didn’t stop her from being able to take care of customers in a timely and friendly fashion.

Went on a very busy afternoon and waited about 20 mins for a seat, but well worth it. Our server Lexi was beyond top notch!! As busy as it was she acted as if we were her only table and we observed her giving the same attention to her other patrons. Food was phenomenal for a sports bar. Fresh sub rolls, amazing fried shrimp and incredible burgers. Lexi was superb and we will be returning just to experience her unbelievable service. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!

Absolutely love this place! It is an annual stop for dinner or lunch when we come from Jersey into Ocala, Florida. A huge shout out to our server Megan. She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and very endearing to talk to.
