Terry’s is the real deal. Classic donuts, classic flavors, done right every single time. This isn’t some trendy donut shop with crazy toppings and a line out the door for Instagram photos. This is just really good donuts from people who know what they’re doing.
We’ve been going to Terry’s for a while now and they have never missed. Not once. You walk in, you grab what you want, and every single one is exactly what a donut should be. Walking in here gives me the same feeling I had as a kid going into the local donut shop in Frisco. That nostalgic small town donut shop vibe that’s hard to find anymore.
If you’re ordering dozens for the office or a weekend morning with the family, call ahead. They’ll have it ready for you. Terry’s Donuts is one of those Celina spots that doesn’t need to be flashy… it just needs to keep doing what it’s doing. And they do.

I love that I discovered this location. Authentic donuts! Breakfast sandwiches are my go-to! Friendly owner and staff. Delicious, amazing, and fast service. I’m happy to tip each time. Terry’s Donuts was a must-needed run during the ice storm. After four days stuck inside, my kids were SO excited to see the lights on. And can we talk about how sweet their staff is? Truly the kindest people. We just love these guys.

This has always been my “go to” for birthday donuts, but this morning’s experience was terrible. We ordered donuts in person (because the website was down) 2 weeks ago for my twins’ birthday with pick up today. We paid in full and confirmed that they had both names written down on the order. We also called a week ago to confirm, and they confirmed BOTH sets of donuts with BOTH names. Today, we showed up to pick up before school, and found they had made two sets with the same name. Then, they said it would take an hour to fix it. We could not wait an hour to have it fixed because my kids have to get to school, which was why we set 6:30 pick up to begin with. Now, because of this problem, my kids had to go to school before my husband even had a chance to get home with the donuts. This is their first birthday without donuts since we started doing this 6 years ago, and all 6 years’ worth have come from Terry’s. All my kids are super disappointed. We paid $60 for this, and we are waiting on the manager to consider whether or not we can have a partial refund. This place is great when everything goes well, and we have used them for 6+ years for all of my kids, but I can’t even believe a refund is in question when an error like this is made.

I’ll take Terry’s over Krispy Cream or Dunken doughnuts any day. Doughnuts are fresh and taste better. Never had a bad experience since I’ve gone there. Get there early because like all TX shops things run out it you wait too long but they rarely have something I don’t want.
