Got overcharged for cocktails and the server couldn’t do anything without the manager, who wasn’t there on a Friday. Also got charged 20% tip, which would be fine (even though the server wasn’t nice or helpful) if they stated it anywhere in the restaurant or on the website (aka the menu), and again couldn’t do anything about it without the manager present. Used to come here often a while back but won’t be coming back after this considering so many other better places around. Fishbowls are good, hence two stars

This place is not just a restaurant and bar — there were serious issues with behavior inside. Around midnight,the security guard was disrespectful, used very bad language, and appeared intoxicated. There were also inappropriate, sexual comments happening inside, which made the environment uncomfortable and unacceptable. This is not a safe or professional atmosphere. Management needs to address these issues immediately.

Very disappointing experience at Terrapin’s Turf. Around 1:30 AM on January 25, 2026, the security guard appeared to be drunk and used very bad, offensive language toward customers. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No guest should ever be treated this way. Management really needs to take this seriously.

Came here during graduation season and this is by far the cleanest & nicest establishment in college park. I had a delicious specialty cocktail- strawberry mint margarita & yummy salmon bowl. Super fresh & quality food! Couldn’t believe they even had wild caught fish!
The managers were very attentive & hands on ensuring all the customers were having a good experience. Our server Kelly was so sweet & made great suggestions! After dinner we had a drink at the bar. Reasonable prices, delicious food, fun environment, and friendly staff! 5 stars

Such a cool place with amazing vibes and great music . The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff is chill . The bartenders pour it up and the food far surpassed our expectations .
