Walked in on a Sunday night. Good number of options on the menu, just enough to have a selection but yet you could tell each dish was going to be well-executed. Really pleased with the gluten free options. The risotto was amazing! The oil/bean mixture served with bread at the start was well-liked, too. Overall a good meal and I recommend!

We have been here twice now and it has been lovely each time. It’s a small but homey space. We didn’t love the entrees the first time we went so we just went with the appies and pasta for the second time and they were all great! We got the pasta with clams and a ravioli with lobster and both were to die for. You definitely need reservations for this restaurant. The wait staff was all very polite and quick with the food. This is a great taste of north end boston.

We decided to do a dine in meal here with as they have a vegan menu. We ended up getting the risotto and potatoes as an app and the ravioli and meatball for entrees. The food was good but some of the items lacked a bit of flavor. The restaurant itself is a small area and there was a very loud group dining that night as well which ruined the ambiance.

The staff accommodated us despite us not having a reservation on a busy night. They were able to clear a table and sat us pretty quickly. They were very nice and had wonderful suggestions for our food and wine.

Busy and quaint spot. Damn the food was unreal. Would gladly come back again!! Wish there was more cocktail selection or at least BYOB.

They texted 30 minutes before the reserved time that our table was ready, which was fine but they then texted 3-4 more times all within 5 minutes, which was odd and slightly annoying. We were not late, and even showed up 5 minutes early. The restaurant was not busy either, so I’m unsure why they were so adamant about sending all those texts. The employee came over and was not welcoming, instead saying something similar to, “We texted and called so many times, and you guys didn’t answer. You were supposed to confirm with us.” I would understand this, however, there was no “Confirm” option in the text message, no directions to confirm otherwise, and I was not able to answer their call as I was out beforehand. As we were sitting down, the employee changed their mind and quickly made us get up and move somewhere else to “keep the balance of the room.” There was only one plate/silverware set on our table even though there were three of us. They didnt give us an extra two sets until we had to flag them down. The bread was cold and hard, and we were told we would get 2-3 different types of dips to go with it, however, we only got one. The food came out and mine was so underwhelming (the ravioli). It was cold, and the “sauce” equated to flavored water. The vegetables were soggy and you could tell they were probably frozen veggies (otherwise just not fresh). For the higher price point, it just doesn’t justify what you are getting in terms of food and the service. I sent the food back and thankfully, the person handled it very well and was polite. His politeness was the only positive outcome of our dinner that night.

Salmon over mashed potatoes was delicious. The other dishes we got were a bit salty, but the tiramisu was good.

Perfect place for a special celebration! We came here to celebrate a graduation and could not have picked a better place. We started with the lobster fritters, which were magnificent. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli and the salmon!

Terramia is one of the few restaurants in North End that I think is a great place to take guests or friends who are visiting Boston for the first time. The place doesn’t get overly crowded, has a cozy mom and pop shop vibes, and the food is a fairly good representation of Italian food scene in the area.
