My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience dining here. We had Omary as our waiter and both agreed that this may have been the best service we have ever experienced anywhere. Omary made sure that we had a great time and explained everything to us. He took a lot of time to make our dinner special.
The food itself was also just amazing. From the appetizer to the entrées as well as the drinks and desserts, everything was absolutely delicious.
Despite the restaurant being very full we never had to wait long for anything.
One of the highlights of our vacation for sure.

We came here for a birthday dinner. Not only were the main courses delicious, but the portions are generous as well. The environment has a casual yet upscale feel. I would revisit but not order appetizers as they were underwhelming compared to the main dishes. The staff were friendly in spite of being busy with full tables.

Service was excellent! Food was pretty good for Italian. The sauce flavor was really nice. Solid pizza and appetizers. I did not like them meatballs but the polenta it was served on was the best part of the meal! Decent price for what we got while at the Springs. We got bruschetta, meatballs, and a pizza to share.

Typical Italian restaurant serving traditional Italian food. When you’re “trapped” inside Disney Springs- it’s the gotcha moment, where you are forced to wait for average food for above average prices. To fine fair the prices at this place seem reasonable compared to all the other restaurants inside Disney Springs. Maybe that’s why there were lines of people with wait times up to an hour for dinner service. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand to avoid this! The bread to start off the table didn’t taste fresh or of high quality, which is off putting because the pepperoni pizza we ordered was actually decent in terms of the crust- so they do know how to bake. The spaghetti bolognese lacked any sort of flavor at all. The meatballs (came with 3 medium size) were are the firmer side (less breadcrumbs I assume) which were actually decent- at least my daughter enjoyed them. The restaurant gets super busy during dinner time, so make sure to make that RSVP!

This was just a “meh” experience. The food was meh, the service was meh, and the atmosphere was meh. The chairs/tables were super comfortable and were pretty close to other tables. The waitress barely came back to our table. The food wasn’t super flavorful and the prices were expensive. When it was time to pay the bill, we saw the total as one price online and then as I was getting ready to pay by QR code our waitress added a mandatory gratuity and then ran our card and brought out a new receipt asking for an additional gratuity with suggested tips of 20, 25 etc in addition to what we already were charged. Very misleading and made it seem like you didn’t get charged for a tip already. This restaurant is a skip in my opinion.

We visited Terralina while craving Italian cuisine and were immediately impressed by the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Our waiter was particularly helpful, setting high expectations for the meal to come.
The appetizers started strong. The mozzarella sticks were excellent, featuring a perfectly crisp exterior and an impressive cheese pull. Unfortunately, the quality did not carry through to the main dishes. The pizza arrived soggy, lacking the texture and flavor expected from a well-crafted Italian pie. The lasagna was noticeably oily, which overshadowed its otherwise promising layers. Similarly, the Parmesan chicken suffered from excessive oiliness, diminishing the overall experience.
While Terralina excels in service and ambiance, the inconsistency and execution of the main dishes left much to be desired. With improvements to the food quality, it has the potential to offer a far more satisfying dining experience.

What a fantastic meal. Don’t let the prices scare you from trying this place. The food is worth it and the portions are very good. Today was our first time dining and we were blown away by the amazing service, hearty food and very nice atmosphere. Dawn was our server. She has great suggestions and was a delight.

Great place to be, they were accommodating for a stroller, for our 4’month. It is preferred to leave outside the restaurant. Food was awesome, pricey, you’re in the Disney halo. Overall would recommend. I would get a reservation, we did.

The venue is nice, especially if you manage to get a table by the lake. Service was good. Food was meh. I got the Rib eye (usually get my steaks medium well, but went with medium given our server’s recommendation) and I got almost every doneness available in a single steak. I was pretty surprised. I am not sure how the chef managed to get one part rare (almost blue), other parts medium, and others medium – well to well done. The steak wasnt anything special, and it was on the thinner side for a 16 oz. The wife got the artichoke chicken, she said it was alright. All in all, a solid 3.
