Went to terrace cafe today. They had my two favorites Lomosaltdo and tortilla soup. The lomo was alright but that soup…… it was so thick it was more like a stew. The rice was so over done in it that it was like eating mush. I don’t know what makes it a tortilla soup when there is no tortilla strips in it. Basically a vegetable stew with black beans.

Not bad if you have to eat in a hospital. Prepackaged cold and hot foods available. Made-to-order hot foods available, too. Type of hot food available varies from meal to meal. Not all the options are the healthy kind.
