I’m sharing this not just out of disappointment, but in the hope it helps improve things moving forward. I’d love to come back and have the great experience I’ve come to expect.
My wife has ordered the Hidden Fjord Salmon the past couple of times and it is prepared the best compared the many other restaurants we have been to and now use them as what to compare others to! We ask for it to be crispy on the outside and cooked medium. It literally melts in your mouth like butter! I got the Linguine Fini with clams in a white sauce that is amazing and the amount of fresh clams they give you is amazing.
And to finish it off, you got to love their tiramisu! Can’t wait to hit Greenwich again in the very near future! You know where I will be eating! :0)
Attached are pics from our previous visit in August showing the salmon and tiramisu. That day I got the lobster fra diavolo pasta dish, also amazing.
Now onto the food. Started with their crispy cauliflower and Wagyu beef carpaccio, both recommended by our super friendly server. Who knew cauliflower could taste so amazing? And that beef carpaccio? Thinly sliced perfection.
For mains, we went for the Prosciutto San Daniele Pizza and the Occhi di Lupo pasta. Let me tell you, that pizza was next level with its fresh toppings and perfectly crispy crust. And the pasta? Cooked to perfection and swimming in the most delicious Bolognese sauce.
Oh, and let’s not forget the cocktails! The Aperol Spritz and Aztec Warrior were exactly what we needed to kick off the meal right.
And don’t even get me started on dessert – espresso, creme brulee, and tiramisu that were out of this world.
Bottom line: Terra is the spot for a chill lunch or a fancy dinner. Great food, great vibes, and did I mention the awesome patio? Definitely adding this place to my go-to list!
Bathroom: 4.5/5
Their bathroom was sooo nice. Even their soap was super fancy. Not a stain or spot in sight. The one thing that bothered me was that they just stacked their paper towels so it’s hard to individually grab one. Tho even their paper towels were super thick and fancy
Customer Service: 2/5.
They weren’t rude to us at least. But they were so busy that it was hard to get their attention whenever we needed anything. Furthermore, after the appetizers, they just took my fork away and never replaced it I was like
Ambiance: 4.5/5.
Very moody lighting which I think was appropriate for this type of restaurant. Lots of nice decorations too. However it was super cramped inside like only single file line through the place and the waiters with lots of plates looked like they were always gonna bump into each other. There’s was also this really young but fancy dressed kid doing some waitering and I assumed it was the owner’s son. Also they had an actual like handmade oven for making the pizzas (hard to describe in words) but that was p cool.
Food: 4/5.
I got the penne and it was just penne with tomato sauce. It was p good at first nice texture but after a while it gets boring and becomes a chore. I tasted my brothers pizza and it had a very smoky aftertaste. I think it’s from the bacon but it was unique. Not sure if it is good or not. I also got crème brûlée for desert and that was so sexy. There was a very nice crispy top that was addicting and so was the egg part.
Wow: 0.5/1.
The crème brûlée was just so sexy.
Total Score = BR + CS + 2*AM + 5*FOOD + WOW

– Brussel Sprouts: delicious and a must get
– Pizza: good with fresh mozzarella
– Mushroom Ravioli: good but the mushrooms didn’t really stand out
