The food is pretty good and the employees are patient and kind. Steak is very good. I’ve had the fried yuca which was ok – cut into small pieces for some reason. The white rice was cooked to perfection. The black beans were a little strongly seasoned for me. Their food is better than most foodcourt options.

Absolutely the most horrendous disgusting food. Initially I ordered medium well, I got raw sopping red meat. I went back and asked for well done, this is what I received with a disgusting looking yellow film on the steak. They all looked at me crazy like I didn’t just pay 20 dollars to make myself sick. I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to try this new place in the Danbury Mall. I ordered the combo meal with yellow rice (had a garlic taste. Yum!) Sirloin, plantains, and the pork. Everything is absolutely delicious. The meat is cooked PERFECTLY!! The pork flavor was just as good. Loved the rice, loved it all. Thank you for finally opening!! The service was amazing and everyone is so friendly.

Excellent food. The steak (picanha) was perfectly cooked, pink on the inside like I asked and well seasoned but not too salty. The rice and beans was surprisingly good and everything seemed fresh. The portions were generous for the price and I would highly recommend this place.

I really wanted to like this place. The meat tasted really good but as I was eating I began finding parasites in the meat…. Just in two small pieces of meat I pulled out a handful of parasites. If you’re going to have a meat rotisserie restaurant, you have to prioritize good quality meat. Especially since the beef plate is $18. The sides all were really good but I was so disgusted I could barely even eat them.

I tried the garlic steak plate and found the steak flavorful but dry — the cut of beef used is not great. The register is defaulted to 20% tip, which is a bit dishonest since it’s a pick-up only place. I was looking forward for this spot to open, but so far it’s been disappointing.
