Horrific! Don’t even bother going. In fact, don’t even bother looking their way. Your mouth will dry up like the darn desert. Cutting through my chicken, sawdust was coming off. And you think it would be moist with bacon wrapped around it but even my husband who isn’t picky said how do you dry out bacon. My only saving Grace was the salad dressing and the fact that I was starving. The cucumbers were sliced, so thinly there was a gaping hole in the middle. My husband and I work very hard for our money and we don’t mind spending it, but we expect good quality in return. Save your money, time, and teeth.

I went to Terra Nossa in Braintree with Gabriel and my brother Júlio. We really enjoyed the food and the service. Schumacher, our waiter, was extremely kind, cheerful, and welcoming — he made the whole experience even better.
We ordered traditional dishes: rice, beans, lasagna, fried cassava, brisket, and garlic beef. The rice and beans were very tasty, the lasagna was delicious, and the fried cassava was well done (just a little more oily than ideal, but still tasty). The meat was great overall, just a few brisket pieces had some nerves, but nothing that spoiled the meal.
To finish, I ordered two puddings — absolutely sensational, as always! ❤️
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Braintree — especially after a big hike!

The people in the counter are so awesomely nice and pleasant , that you can’t turn around and go to another place. The food is very authentic Brazilian. I tried the coxinha and the pastel. Both good. We ordered one guarana and a “garapa” .. I believe that after they prepared my pastel they had no more cheese leftover in the kitchen 🙂 they put it all on mine. Excellent choice

Tonight 06/14/25 we decided to get some food from here. Our order was rice, pinto beans ,chicken wrapped with bacon and garlic pork (4 tiny pieces that were not even chewable) and fried yuca side. Then the cashier put the container with the food on the scale and I paid 13.99 for it. So far so good.Then he added 3.99 for extra pork, which he had already weighed with the rest of the food .And in the end I paid for a side of fried yuca 0.26 lb @ $13.99/lb By the way, the scale is placed in a place where the customer cannot see what is being weighed.

My Boyfriend tried this place he got white rice, chicken and potato salad. He enjoyed the food but we expected more from the portion. When he said he wanted the chicken and the server put one chicken leg on the plate we were suprised and a bit disappointed. But again the food was great. He had two bites before I took the photo. The food was okay, but not worth spending $40 on. My husband had pasta w/plantains and I had rice w/beans and garlic steak, we both got a can of Brazilian soda… his serving size was small, w/ 3 plantains and I had more rice than beans and steak combined. The flavor was there, but it was nothing to brag about. Just disappointed that this was the end result because the look of the restaurant is great.

It looks big but when you look inside it’s ridiculous nothing here is worth the price. Look at the picture. This place did not think well about the portions, they are overly sized and don’t even come with enough food inside. Never eating here again. Disappointed!
