The food is overpriced. We did order the bowls with shrimp, sliced steak and chicken strips . It came with a salad and a very SALTY miso soup. The food was doused in teriyaki sauce. Personally I like sauce but not to the point where it’s like I”m eating mush. I would suggest sauce on the side and letting customer know that everything has sauce on it.
Chicken and steak taste like something I’d buy at the frozen isle at a store. Based off the quality I believe these bowls should be 8-10 dollars Customer service was good though.

Tried for my birthday and used a birthday reward coupon from them (in the Toast app). Bought the half and half teriyaki plate, chose chicken and steak over fried rice. I also ordered a side of their cheesecake Rangoons.
The woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. The food was prepared fresh and very quickly. It was a generous serving so my husband and I shared.
I gave it five stars because for the price point, and it being “fast food” it was perfect!

Delicious! Relaxed atmosphere with great food and quick service. Chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken were fantastic and the sauces were great. Will be coming again!

Good teriyaki, great service. Placing a takeout order through the Toast app was very easy. The extremely friendly gentleman at the counter expedited the order when I told him I was a little early to pick it up, but there’s a comic book store to browse next door if you did need to wait. Too bad I hadn’t noticed this place sooner; must have driven by a million times!

Worth every penny. The teriyaki bowl had perfect portions of chicken, rice, and sauce. I ordered extra sauce but didn’t need it. The egg roll tasted fresh and was crispy. You get a good amount of meat for your money. Nick gave exceptional customer service, and was pleasant and personable. We will definitely be coming back.

Check out the $7.00 Bowls . The sides are a nice sizes and reasonably priced. The vegetables are fresh, the flavor of the sesame oil really comes through in the rice, it is very well balanced with the portion of peas, carrots, eggs ect… (I wish it had a crunch for texture like water chestnuts or bean sprouts). The rice was a little mushy,

I highly recommend you do not order delivery through thier website. I made this mistake and after the order was 15 minutes late, I called the restaurant. The employees there seemed surprised I hadn’t picked up the order myself, and had to call their boss when I told them it was a delivery order. They said a driver would be out soon. Thirty minutes later I called again and they still didn’t have a driver. This was an hour and a half after I placed the order. I requested a refund, and will avoid this place for now on.
