Informal spot serving straightforward Japanese teriyaki dishes, plus stir-fries & yakisoba.

This is not fast-they make to order, chicken tasted fresh, and was tender, not the rubber chicken you get from many establishments. I would have liked more vegetable options or greens upgrade. Many low reviews are from years ago. I work in the area and would return. I will get two meals from one order. (Note in pic the kimchi was added by me- not offered there.)

Teriyaki Time was clean and had plenty of seating room when we arrived. (Lots of parking too. Pretty nice for a sunny Saturday, and so close to the mall.) We ordered chicken katsu + teriyaki chicken (breast, not thighs.) I don’t typically like the sauce with katsu, but they had 4 options for a sauce (traditional, peanut, spicy mayo, or wasabi.) I love the options! The breasts in the chicken teriyaki was flavorful and moist, I didn’t miss thighs, I didn’t have 1 fatty piece. Chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. Portions were fine, but not as large as advertised by any means. The salad was crisp and fresh.
Service was exceptional. The man working was precise and friendly.
No complaints! We will return.

Finally found a teriyaki restaurant that serves yummy food. The portions are generous for the price which also includes miso soup. We had to take home leftovers.
We got chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken with rice and salad. So delicious. We will definitely return.

Crispy tender juicy full of flavor spicy chicken teriyaki. Rice cooked well, I highly recommend getting the Rice Punch drink and sip on it as you enjoy your Rice. They compliment each other. Good, kind and caring people work here. I highly recommend this place.

Food good service ok. music sucks. The loud obnoxious music swearing and carrying on about sex didn’t seem to bother the two other customers in there. Not sure you would want to bring small kids inside. Food was actually good. The service was not the friendliest but ok for a Saturday night last night.

I was born and raised in Seattle. I then moved to Florida, and the Teriyaki here is terrible, it doesn’t even look like this.
My Teriyaki was grilled, tender and moist. I wish I would have ordered some to take back to Florida.

My husband and I are visiting from Las Vegas, NV, and we absolutely loved the food here! We’re genuinely sad there isn’t one of these locations back home, but we’ll be coming back as often as we can before we leave. If you’re looking for fresh Japanese food, we highly recommend this spot!
They even offer complimentary Misu Soup when you dine in!

Originally from the PWN, but living in Bay Area SF now.
One thing I miss is the Teriyaki from the PNW, NOTHING compares to it from my experience in Cali.

After arriving to Sea Tac and getting our rental, before we started to head towards BC, we saw that this place was open late.

Good amount of parking at night, I don’t know about day time as the lot is shared with other businesses.

I had a teryaki chicken and shrimp combo, replaced the rice with salad only as i cutting down on refined carbs for now.
The chicken was fresh and cooked well, the teryiaki sauce is delicious, light in flavor and appearance just as i like it. And because i replaced the rice with salad, they made sure i got plenty of salad. ☺️
It took a bit longer to get the food, but it was worth the patience. Food was delicious.
If you order from here, have a little patience as good food take time to cook.
Unfortunately i forgot to take a picture, but i Will eat here again when i’m in the area.
