The food – fantastic. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. Ordered the spicy and either they forgot or it wasn’t spicy enough. Solid flavor profile and would come again. Takeout is the best way to go as the shop is very small and tables on top of one another.

What time? It’s theriyaki time. Very good food, they serve here. Absolutely amazing. Great customer service, friendly staff and very clean restaurant. They usually get my teriyaki ready within 5 minutes.

But meat portions is so little even if you order large. Their large size is exactly the regular size meat at other teriyaki places. They have 2 sizes. Regular & large.
Their regular size will feed a little person with little tummy, but will not fill a normal size american with normal size tummy.
Their prices are considered really high due the little miniscule meat portions they serve. For the same prices, or little cheaper you get more meat & bigger portions at other teriyaki places in the same area like Teriyaki House & others ( Almost double the meat)
Little dine in lounge. Feel crowded. Too many tables. But for take out is perfect. Parking is easy

We had a very unpleasant experience. A live chicken was running around the property, and the owners openly talked about slaughtering it. This was shocking and completely inappropriate for customers to witness. The situation made us extremely uncomfortable and ruined the overall experience. This kind of behavior and lack of basic respect for both people and animals is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

I come here every other weekend, and every time I get the same friendly service. The lady at the counter is always very friendly and the food is served almost immediately. The place is a little run down, but the service is great. The bathroom needs some work, but other than that it’s a great place, and I definitely recommend it.

The spicy chicken x beef teriyaki combo is amazing to say the least. One of my favorite teriyaki spots in Bellevue hands down. Always fresh, quality ingredients, clean silverware, cups, and plates. Fast service. The complimentary Jasmine green tea is great. Been coming here for years and Teriyaki Time never disappoints.
The fried rice slaps as well.

When we are in the Factoria area and looking for teriyaki, this is our go to place. It is always busy at lunch time with many workers catching a quick meal. This visit my wife had Chicken Teriyaki and I had Pork Teriyaki and we were both very happy with our meals. We will be back.
