I’m really disappointed in the customer service I received. I called the store from 7:45, and no one answered until 8:01, when you claimed you were closing. Letting the phone ring for 15 minutes isn’t acceptable, especially when you’re about to close. As a loyal customer, I expect better. If you’re closing at 8, answer calls until then. I’m taking my business elsewhere and will be sharing my experience with others in Lancaster County. Not recommended.”

I was not expecting much of this little place, but when I open the food it seemed well put together very eye appealing, I got the spicy tuna bowl and let me tell you is delicious, it has just the right amount of heat, I also got the beef and chicken bowl and the amount of meat was good, also got the chicken yakisoba noodle bowl and it was really good too, plates are heavy definitely worth the price. I will be back soon my son and loved the food

I have came here before and the food is usually very delicious. On 2-11-26 I went in for their special and unlike other days the rice tasted a lil dry and hard. The chicken was also a lil dry. I hope it was just a bad batch because I like coming to eat here

This is the gold standard for teriyaki. If you thought your teriyaki place was the best, you’ll be surprised at how much better this place is.
I ordered a large chicken teriyaki bowl with extra meat, and my husband ordered a large beef bowl with extra meat. You don’t need extra meat. There is plenty without it, but we like to save half for later or the next day. They have a wide variety of drinks, and I ordered a Snapple Strawberry Pineapple.
The staff is super nice, and the atmosphere is casual and quiet. The price point is spot on considering most places are more expensive for this type and quality of food.
I highly recommend you check this place out. It may just become your new teriyaki place.
As a side note: they also have sushi options. However, I have not yet tried it. I will be trying it on my next trip.

I always stop by this place when I’m in the area. The portion sizes are great, the salmon is always cooked perfectly and their teriyaki sauce is delicious.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I felt relatively safe in here, given the area. I’m glad they seem to be getting more popular, they deserve the business.

I placed an order through the GrubHub app, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. However, when I called to address the issue, the gentleman I spoke too, was incredibly understanding and helpful. They immediately corrected the mistake with my large order, which had only one item wrong. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service! Based on this experience, I am impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Thank you so much for your outstanding service, not to mention their delicios food!

I honestly think this place can be better. I love how clean it restaurant is and they welcome you with a smile. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the crunchy roll was not as good as it sound. In my opinion, it was a 5/10. I was also sad to find that my order was not done correctly. I am unable to eat an orange for health issues and I asked for more salad and got an empty spot. Why get me excited to request more salad and get nothing? I am not upset, I am just sad about it. Otherwise, the Chicken and beef plate comes with a great portion and an awesome teriyaki sauce. Fantastic taste and a meal to buy again. This was my opinion and I hope that you share yours. Visit this great restaurant and enjoy a meal.
