App order: Wow! This stuff was excellent! I got the Mad Spicy Steak Bowl tossed with noodles and Pot Stickers. They aren’t kidding, this stuff is SPICY! But that’s what I like! And the Pot Stickers… Forgetaboutit! They are excellent! I got the regular size. That’s too much. Unless you’re Mondo hungry, try the Junior.
Forget Panda Express, Teriyaki Madness is my go to fast food Asian food choice! Highly recommend.

I have lived right down the road and for the past 8 years, I’ve been trying over and over to give them another chance. They undercook your food. The food does not taste that great. I just got some more food today hoping it may be better and it was terrible. Sent me to the restroom immediately. They rushed my order. The workers are lazy and you can tell it in the food. I don’t know if it is because I didn’t tip them for the job they’re getting paid to do. Looks like I’ll just cross the block and go to Hawaiian Time from here out. Sorry TM. I tried to give you so many chances. Will not make that mistake again.

Gave 3 stars due to the manager. Unfortunately the owner left a sour taste in our mouth. We went in got our food set down found out 2 of the 3 items were wrong. I nicely & quietly so the other 4 customers standing at the register wouldn’t over hear. Told the owner the food was made wrong. The manager apologized instantly said they made a mistake even asked for the second item back to remake. To which I said no were will est that one anyway but the large one please remake. Minutes later the cook brought me out another bowl. Which again was the wrong one. I walked back to the counter, where the owner, manager & a customer were all chatting. The cook from the back of house saw me with the food he just gave me. He asked me what was wrong. I replied.. hey chief this is the wrong order again. To which the owner came out of left field & just started screaming at me yelling & pointing his finger, telling me to stop yelling… Leaving both myself & the cook totally confused. I do hope there is audio & video for this encounter! The owner just continues to scream at me as if i had made the mistake. He then called me a male which I am not born female & just because I wore a hat doesnt make me male & doesnt give you the right to disrespect me. He did not apologize for that nor the wrong food either times it was made wrong. I was left visibly shaking at the register. At that point we asked for both food items to be remade correctly. & to go.. I felt unsafe with him around my food at that point as he went into the kitchen without removing his coat or washing his hands. When we did get our food the few pieces I could as they showed how angry they were with how they overly spiced chicken.
It is a common occurrence at this location to make the Orange Spicy Chicken wrong & usually they give you orange chicken. The owner should have issued an apology the first time & he himself should have made sure the food was made correctly the second time which he did not. & then took out his anger on an innocent customer. Let’s also talk about how the owner doesnt know how to work the front of house as we saw him try to run the register. Let’s talk about how when we tried to call in our order the owner left us on hold for 14min. Let’s talk about how he never ever apologized just ran into the kitchen. Second time food was made wrong I blame him! I hope he doesnt yell & snap on his family like that! The manager was great the cook was great, we felt so sorry for both of them by the way the owner talked down to them. Owner demanded to see our receipt to see if we ordered wrong. Even after manager told him twice they made the mistake. Manager tried to offer us a coupon but we returned it! Not supporting local business owners who snap for no reason & dont care to de-escalate situations. Owner should stay home & let the manager do a great job.

Disgusting! Food was catered for a work event. Glad I didn’t have to pay for it. Chicken was slimy with a bunch of fat. Steak had grizzle. No flavor. Veggies undercooked. Tofu not cooked long enough to be crispy. Probably worst teriyaki I ever ate. No I know not to go there.

The steak was described as “lean” but mine had gristle and was tough because it was a cheap cut of meat AND it was overcooked.
It’s called Teriyaki Madness, but they only give you one small packet of teriyaki sauce with each bowl – even if you order a large bowl. (The same amount they give you with a small bowl.)
You pay almost $16 for a steak bowl and then you only get a very small serving of teriyaki sauce unless you feel like paying an additional 75 cents per additional packet.
A large bowl would require at least three of their small teriyaki sauce cups – or an extra $1.50 – $2.25 just to have enough sauce for the meat and rice.
It is called Teriyaki Madness after all, so why so little teriyaki sauce ?

When I first opened my food it smelt burnt. Then I tasted the “fried” rice and it tasted burnt. The rice was mushy!!!! It had a weird gummy texture…

The veggies had a frozen reheated taste… the chicken smelt burnt but tasted alright. There were maybe 15 smell pieces of chicken.

Honestly wouldn’t have gone here if I had read the reviews first. This is actually my first ever review because the food was THAT BAD. I paid 10.97 plus tip for this… has anyone gotten their money back?

I should’ve just walked over to subway…

We LOVE Teriyaki Madness! The food is great and we love the Power Bowl option, meaning just protein and veggies. They really provide great options, small regular or large.
