Busy when we came in, they seem a bit short staffed at the moment. The food is good, enjoyed a nice healthier meal for lunch. The bowls are reusable and they encourage you to take them home, a nice touch but our family was traveling and didn’t have the room. The highlight for us was the forks that also worked as chopsticks.

Food was good and it was made fresh but had some intestinal discomfort after eating (has happened here in the past a few times). I think maybe it is too much MSG. Service was a little slow with only one other customer waiting. They seemed to have a lot of pick-up, phone, and internet orders they were working on as no one was dining in the building. They do have nice outside seating. Pricing for “fast take-out” food is too high. $25 for two people to eat plus a tip? Didn’t get drinks or any sides.

Absolutely treated like your an inconvenience the minute you put your order in. I politely asked how much longer my order would take. Two chicken teraki bowls. Nothing huge. Now mind you there was 2 orders before mine and nobody else came to order. It was dead empty. It took 53 mins to get my order. I got massive attitude from the young mexican gal when i asked how much longer. She came slamming back through the door to tell me 1 min. I got my 2 simple bowls and left. 3 other customers left after this incident happened as well. Thos will be my last teraka whatever u call them bowls we and others will ever get.. thanks.. and im one to never ever leave reviews either so this should speak volume.

Waiting 40min for a regular bowl with noodles, shop was empty when I came in, then it started to get busy, waited patiently because I’m not one to rush anyone especially with food workers, the allegedly had to restart my order, I’m pretty sure they lost my ticket, I frequent Teriyaki Madness in SD and Las Vegas but this has got to be the worst one of the bunch. Food was really good. Fast service. We got the spicy orange chicken special (husband didn’t think was very spicy) with fried rice, the teriyaki steak with fried rice and teriyaki chicken white rice. The egg rolls are also really good. I got the regular size and it was too much for me to finish off. But my son and husband got a large and regular-just right for them. We will be back!!

What’s that old saying? Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me? I wouldn’t give this place another chance and you should be warned when making a group order or any large order here! We ordered about $100 in food here with a $20 tip, total ~$125.
