This restaurant is so good! The teriyaki bowls we had – both chicken snd salmon were excellent and filling too! The staff there was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We’ll be back! 5 stars and big kudos!

The staff are rude, dull, and act like they don’t care. While waiting for my food, I heard the cooks burping, farting, and swearing.
My chicken was clearly old and tough (again), and when I asked for broccoli, they gave me one sad piece which I paid extra for.
The guy at the register with the long hair past his shoulders just stared the whole time and couldn’t have been more unpleasant.
This place used to be great, but now it’s just trash. I’d rather eat at Panda Express than ever come back here.
Avoid it.

The food itself is really good, the wait times can be very long. Upwards of 30+ minutes just to get a bowl. Order ahead or have a lot of patience.

“World’s Fastest Curbside” would be a total understatement! I made a curbside pickup order at 1:50pm, I tapped the “I’m on my way” button so they can ‘start preparing my order’. I got there in literally 5 minutes since I was at the Dutch Bros right across when I ordered. I then tapped the “I’m here” button when I got there. Of course I’m not expecting my order to come out right away since I was close by when ordered, but while we sat in the car waiting we watched 3 different people walk in and walk out with their food all in a matter of 10 mins. I was thinking that maybe they got theirs faster for going inside? So I still waited. Patiently. Another 20 mins pass and there was no other customers inside. So I finally went in where I was greeted to 3 people at the counter doing nothing. I told them my name and my food was there waiting at the PICK UP SHELF for who knows how long! My receipt on the bag confirmed I placed a CURBSIDE pickup order WITH my car information. And then ironically, they have advertisement every where regarding their “Worlds Fastest Curbside” service! The food very tasty but my chicken was burnt, not charred but BURNT. I didn’t make a big deal of it since everything else came out good. I just ate around the burnt pieces. My main issue was why offer and advertise a service your employees clearly don’t want to do. The reason for it is not because we’re “lazy” to go inside but I had my 5 children in the car and didn’t want to go through the hassle which is the only reason I chose to get food there since they offered that option.

So Fresh…I’ve been to several teriyaki madness stores and this one was the best. The food was fresh and the management was amazing. The chef even came out and asked me how the food was. If you are in the area stop here for food, you will happy you did.

This is just what Reno needs. The main attraction is an array of teriyaki bowls filled with meat (chicken, steak, salmon, or tofu) in a variety of styles. They come with your choice of rice and veggies. It’s a very nice touch that they have soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Sriracha sauce on the table.
To start, I had their chicken egg roll which comes with a sweet light sauce. I’m happy to share that there is plenty of meat in the egg roll and it’s quite flavorful. See picture.
For my entrée, I enjoyed the spicy chicken with fried rice and veggies. It was substantial, good quality, and well-crafted. I noticed there was plenty of egg in the fried rice which is a good sign. There was a lot of chicken and rice both, which I appreciate. There is a lot of flavor here and it seems to be due to high quality ingredients.
I’m glad Teriyaki Madness is available now here in mid-town and I highly recommend it.
One last thing: if you want dessert, there’s a cute little cake store that has opened up right beside it.

We visited this place and the food is great, freshly made to order. They could improve their wait time since for lunch they took like 20 minutes to give us our plates and the portions were very small for the price paid in my opinion.

Had an orange chicken bowl with half fried rice and half noodles with broccoli and cabbage. It was a bit spendy, they charged extra for fried rice and broccoli which it had probably had 3 or 4 little crowns in it. I have to admit it did taste pretty darn good. I would definitely recommend trying for sure.
