I had an awesome experience at Teriyaki Madness! The teriyaki beef was tender and packed with flavor, the chicken breast was perfectly grilled and juicy, and the chicken katsu had that ideal crispy crunch with a tasty dipping sauce. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the whole meal felt satisfying without being heavy—definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I visited this location yesterday and ordered two regular bowls and two egg rolls. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The egg rolls were extremely overcooked, and the chicken breast in my bowl was so burnt it was inedible.
I was genuinely looking forward to giving Teriyaki Madness another try, but this visit reminded me why I had stopped coming in the past.

Our first time at a Teriyaki Madness. It will be our last too. I ordered the Steak Teriyaki, which didn’t seem to have any Teriyaki flavoring at all. The same could be said for the chicken dish we ordered. In general the food was fairly tasteless and interesting. We threw most of it out. The only thing we liked were the potstickers and the sauce they came with with not very good.
I got a medium bowl with white rice (no extra charge) and we also got a small bowl with noodles (a small extra charge). The total, with a drink, came to more than $40. That’s way out of line for a fast food lunch restaurant.
I normally only give places a single star if we get food poisoning but in this case the ridiculous prices merited a really bad rating.

Very good food..I always get the Lrg spicy teriyaki chicken bowl, white rice with veggies.. Friendly atmosphere, TV’s, fountain drink refills, free parking Lakemead location perfered.

Decent spot. Service is good. I’m all for the charred texture but they over did mine, which is what it is. Can’t knock them in general..maybe just luck of the draw. I ordered brown rice…that was hard. Combine hard rice with over charred and you get three stars. I will say this..service is prompt and good

This specific restaurant is in a good area near a lot of shopping. We were not greeted as we came in nor when we ordered. It’s awkwardly quiet, which is somewhat nice since at least there isn’t obnoxiously loud music, but again, very awkward atmosphere. The food looks great, but nothing memorable. That being said, this is a good place to get a quick bite as it’s not super busy in the evening compared to other restaurants in Centennial Hills.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. When I came in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I had requested curbside service and waited about 30 minutes in my car, but no one brought my food out even though I was parked right in front of the store. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting on the counter, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned how long I had been waiting.
The food itself was accurate and the packaging was fine, but it was cold by the time I got it because it had been sitting out too long. Overall, the lack of hospitality, the slow service, and the poor handling of curbside pickup made for a very frustrating experience.

Ordered a jr bowl for my 9 year old and he got a bowl of extremely dry over cooked noodles and chicken katsu that looked like it was fried 10 times. The pictures don’t lie… saddening after you work 12 hours and come home to this.

Teriyaki madness is so much better than the quick and easy burger or subs. I bought a large bowl with spicy chicken with white rice and veggies . I showed up when they opened at 10:30 am and very fresh.
