Good customer service. We drove an hour away to come try this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. They were about to close and still took our order. Everyone was super nice and friendly, I recommend to come and try it out☺️

I think you’d do WAY better on your reviews if you would listen to the customers. The workers you have currently are neither here or there, I saw maybe 3 cooking, but the guy that waited on us was dry and not friendly and didn’t greet us or anything. First impressions count, guys. This was our first time there and we were NOT IMPRESSED with your employees.

I ordered a large chicken breast bowl and was extremely disappointed. The chicken’s texture was so off that I had to double-check multiple times to make sure it was fully cooked. It had a fatty, gristly texture more like steak fat than chicken breast, and the flavor didn’t resemble what I’d expect from a chicken bowl at all. For the price of a large bowl, I expect much better quality.
They also forgot the sauces we paid for, and the wait time was longer than stated. My online pickup time was 7:30 PM, but I didn’t leave until 7:45 PM.
The employee at the counter was kind and seemed to be doing his best, so I appreciate that. However, the overall experience—especially the quality of the chicken—was disappointing enough that I’ll likely stick to Mr. Tokyo across the street next time.

My second time trying the food here. It’s really good, fresh and made to order. The bowls come in 3 sizes, the medium (regular) is plenty big for a meal. I have tried all the sides except the fried rice. I haven’t tried the pot stickers but the egg rolls were crispy but not greasy. I ordered the noodles and fried tofu as extras to make a stir fry the next day. Yum! The chicken Katsu was crispy, the orange chicken was good and the teriyaki chicken was perfectly grilled. I ordered on the app last time on a Friday night and it took 45 minutes, well worth the wait but plan ahead. It’s cooked when you order it, not sitting around all day in a warming tray. Looking forward to my next visit

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The 45+ minute wait was so WORTH IT!! SOOO DELICIOUS!! It is Sunday Nov 16th and it was packed, with people waiting for online and in store orders. While some people were upset, some still ordered and stayed to enjoy the food. The staff was awesome! They kept grinding and got all orders out without yelling at each other, slamming things or giving attitude to the customers. All in all it was a great first time there and GREAT JOB GUYS for keeping up and getting orders out.
I ordered the Orange chicken bowl and crab rangoons. The orange chicken had great flavor and a great crunch to it, the fried rice had that delicious grilled teriyaki flavor and the crab rangoons were perfectly crispy and weren’t greasy at all. Please dont ever let the food quality go down, I’ll say it again if your patient its WORTH THE WAIT!! And if you can’t wait and want your food right after you order and have to resort to getting upset with the staff go to McDonald’s! WILL BE BACK WITH THE FAM!

The tall dude at the counter was so helpful, he answered all my questions and didn’t give any attitude or act like I was a issue even though there was other customers they have amazing people working there who enjoy their job and know how to customer service right! Good job management! Definitely better then before
Only “issue” was wait time but that’s reasonable for such good food!! Don’t know why people are hating on them for that you can’t rush food!! Do you want them to serve you and your family raw chicken??? Give them a break lol! Good job guys keep up the good work!!

Love this place. Their grilled chicken that they use for the bowls has a great flavor, it keeps me going back. Always tasty and well presented. They also have a loyalty program that gives you some tasty treats often enough. Happy they are near me and I can get takeout from them. P.S.: they are under new management so any negative previous reviews may be unfounded. I’ve liked them with old and new management.

First let’s start off with the bad. Only reason for 3 stars on atmosphere is it is very small on the inside and the place gets busy so it’s very crammed in there. Really my only complaint. Now for the good. Service was great. All employees were very friendly and provided great service. Customers inside were a different breed of customers and were all very polite which adds to a great atmosphere. I ordered the large chicken terriyaki combo with a chicken egg roll. The portion size was great for the price. It was enough to feed myself and 3 kids. The terriyaki sauce was great, some of the best I’ve had. The food was just all around delicious. My husband on nights I don’t cook always goes and gets himself terriyaki from another restaurant so I will have to introduce him to Terriyaki Madness because this will definitely be my new go to place.
