The food at Teriyaki Madness today was good, as it usually is. However, in the past couple of years, the amount of teriyaki sauce you are given with the bowls has changed yet again. Originally any bowl included 2 sauces, then about a year ago, 2 sauces were given with a large bowl and 1 sauce with a regular size bowl. Today, I was only given 1 sauce for 1 large bowl and 1 for a regular size bowl. It seems like the restaurant is skimping more and more, and I know it’s not a big deal, but it may start to alienate customers in the long run by doing stuff like this. It’s making the customer pay more by charging extra for what once was included in the meal.

Great tasting food and a great value. I got the largest size bowl and extra chicken, and the crab rangoonn. All of it was perfect and lasted me 3 meals!! I can’t wait to return! Their online ordering process was so cool, accurate and easy. They have a location feature for when you are heading to the restaurant to pick up your food and it’s very handy. Great place to eat, get the rangooms!!

I’ve had plenty of Japanese food in my nearly 50 years of living here in the US, but this is the absolute worse katsu chicken I’ve had the misfortune to try in my entire life. I feel like whoever served this to me was trying to poison me. I’ve also been to the other restaurant south of this location and had a wonderful meal before, so not sure what is going on with this location but there was no chicken in my “katsu breading bowl”; they also forgot the sauce. Luckily I had some Korean bbq sauce in my fridge but that couldn’t save what they gave me from going into the trash. The food was something out of a nightmare. I actually became ill after taking a few bites. I tried to save my meal and only maybe 3 or 4 pieces were okay but after pulling them apart there was barely any chicken, just some weird gunk and breading. Yuck! And I got a large! I should have looked at it before leaving because the guy working the register had to call his manager over to approve it and she did! I can’t believe she approved this food! Apparently he felt something was wrong with it and she approved anyway? Are you kidding me?! Please get someone else in charge! I picked through it and none of it is edible. Most pieces are just breading and no chicken. It’s cheap dark meat, the meat itself is gross. I basically paid what $15 for a bowl of rice and veggies. Do not get a large because you’re mostly paying for extra rice. Just don’t eat here, you’ll get better katsu at L&L or anywhere else.

We lone TMAD and this location is usually so good and way better than the one on Constitution however today it wasn’t very good very small portion of chicken even though we ordered large bowels. Rice and veggies were still great. Manager here in daytime is usually so great. Cashier tonight was super friendly. Disappointed. You can do better

The service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and efficient, especially Mrs. Aracely, who always goes above and beyond. The food is delicious, fresh, and the place is very clean. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Colorado Springs.

I got a notification upon sign up in the app “enjoy a free bowl on us” but when I drove several miles out of the way to get there the coupon is no where to be found in the app. I showed the employees the notification and they said were unable to help me figure out the problem and couldn’t honor the coupon based on the notification. I feel like I was tricked under false pretense to go there.

I was with my mother, wanting to try out this awesome new teriyaki place! Turned out it wasn’t teriyaki at all. I ordered the steak bowl, and 75% of the bowl was veggies. The steak didn’t have a HINT of teriyaki flavor throughout the bowl. We had to wait outside the door for 20 minutes, waiting for one meal.

Had the regular teriyaki chicken dish. Oh my gosh – sooooo good!!! The flavor was wonderful with super fresh veggies. They have extra teriyaki sauce on the table if you’d like extra. Staff was very friendly and solicitous as well. Definitely recommend
