! I used to love the food here however I will not return again after today. I ordered a steak teriyaki bowl. Got all excited took it home only to discover huge chunks of meat in my bowl that are not even chewable not even really sure what animal they are from because they are so tough. I am so disappointed feel like I wasted my money and time.

The latest time I’ve been here, I mobile ordered ahead and got 2 bowls, one with extra meat. They forgot my extra meat, gave the wrong meat, and overcooked what they gave me. Every other time I’ve been here it’s been terrific, staff is friendly and helpful, and food gets out fast and is fresh. I would recommend as a healthier alternative to traditional Chinese food. Their chicken teriyaki bowls are great and sides (potstickers and egg rolls) are pretty standard.

Ordered on the app, food was ready when it said. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. The chicken was very moist and fresh. My only complaint is I think it’s a little expensive but the food quality is definitely there.

The food was somewhat good, until I was given the wrong order, and some random tiny white guy in the kitchen started talking bad about my order, which made me insecure. A guy with the bright red shirt kept mean-mugging me, I was just trying to get some food, Not cool, but the music was bearable and my son love his Rangoons!

3rd time in the last 3 weeks that the food is awful. Steak is burnt again and does not taste good. And the workers don’t care about it. Highlands ranch and Arapahoe has much better quality food. The girl at the front is awful, half asleep , can’t do her job and have to repeat everything at least 3 times. She should not be working and my order is taking longer than 15 minutes

Food was okay other than the chicken breast being overcooked and tough. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was thoroughly upset with the conduct of the cook while I was eating(middle aged male with long brown hair in a pony tail). I could clearly hear his conversation with another employee where he made the statement “I understand why osama bin laden wanted to bomb us, we deserve it”. I don’t care in what context or setting you make this comment, it is unacceptable. If you want to practice your free speech somewhere, do it on your own time, not where customers can hear. And certainly not about something that destroyed the lives of so many. This type of radical viewpoint is concerning. I can’t imagine what this person will do to the food of someone he dislikes if he believes Americans deserve to be bombed.

Highly disappointed today. Chicken has a lot of fat on it. Very little veggies and abundance of rice. Your response is laughable, it was gross tossed in the trash. Not worth $5.00 but charge $12.00.
