For fast service meat or tofu bowls, you cannot beat this place. Great price for amount of food, always happy with my meal, very consistent. Also they have calorie info!

I can not say that I would ever eat here again. The meat was so full of gristle you couldn’t even chew it. The chicken egg roll texture seemed like it was raw. The fried rice was mush. The whole meal was inedible.

Had a mixup where door dash sent my order across town (I ordered a mile away from this location) but they were able to sort it and made my order here instead. They really didn’t have to do that for me and I appreciate it so much. Thank you!

The chicken was very dry (even after adding extra sauce). No where near enough teriyaki sauce which was so runny it just ran off the food. I received a $1.50 up charge to without zucchini and onion from the veggies. Received 4 raw mini broccoli and less carrots than in a prepackaged salad. My spouse ordered veggies as is and received no zucchini. Received a ton of raw cabbage. Ragoons were meh, same quality as Target frozen food section. Sweet & Sour sauce was runny and bitter. The rice however was great! Don’t plan to return, Tokyo Joes offers a better selection of veggies and sauces.

Overall, I have always enjoyed my bowl but this time I decided to try the new wok spicy chicken….holy cow it was like eating fire! If you don’t like hot then I would avoid this new bowl…pretty sure my taste buds will be in shock for a little bit longer. Next time I’ll be going back to my standby salmon or regular chicken bowl.

The chicken breast bowls are delicious, grilled and tender with lots of veggies and their teriyaki sauce is great! Good service

Really surprised with the overall rating. Def. not my experience. Food was average at best (Tokyo Joe’s quite a bit better). Soda was spilled all over the outside of the cup for my to-go order. I asked for a napkin and the lady acted like I had asked her to go clean the rest room. She pointed to where I could go get one even though there was a stack right behind her. The soda was flat (not changing their CO2). The cook was mopping the cook line when I walked in (that’s a good sanitary feeling). It was 8:30 and they were really put out that I had placed an order that close to 9 as if they are very used to spending the last hour of their night on their phones or socializing. Z-E-R-O customer service. I’d guess a poorly managed location leaving it up to hourly workers to run it how they see fit. My first visit to this location and my last!

I don’t even know what to say. Just know that the folks here at my office have definitely developed a “madness”.

We walk into the office around 7-7:30 AM all talking about this place.

We apologize for sending a massive amount of orders as soon as you all open but the food shouldn’t be this good!!!!

Unfortunately, we’ll be placing another order today.

Be prepared guys…

There more where I came from!

See you at 11:15 AM!

***EDIT***

It would be great if you all added crispy onions or noodles to your menu.

That’s all.

I asked if I could get extra teriyaki sauce and they said it would be extra. Then I asked if there was sauce in the bag and they assured me there was. Well when I got home, there was no sauce in the bag. The food at Teriyaki Madness has gone down over the last couple of years. Based on this experience I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon
