I went in for their National Teriyaki (bogo teriyaki day). Alan the shift leader, was rude, kept talking over me instead of trying to help me. His excuse is because he’s working kitchen and there’s a rush. He refused to take my order and said in order to get the bogo deal it had to be done on app or online. But in my email, in the app it said we can order in person. It said they can look up the dead on our account with phone number or email. But insist he cannot help or do it, but when I called their Broomfield and Riverpoint locations they both said he was incorrect. He just refuse to take my order and give me the deal. I ended up going to Riverpoint and they were more than happy to help and so professional. Please Wheat Ridge (Applewood) train and hire your staff to treat and talk to people better, in a professional manner. So unacceptable. He also hung up on me a total or 3 times when I called back later to ask for the store manager and/or general manager.

On line orders have been purposely incorrect the last three orders. since i called about a mistake. Incorrect drinks twice, no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. Do not eat here! If one phone call about an confused order would make these people behave like this. My previous phone call contained no yelling or cursing. I’ve never seen a complete lack of customer service as what I’ve witnessed here. BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

1. The atmosphere was amazing , clean & fresh . I was greeted when I came in
2. The staff was very helpful being this was my first time and was very knowledgeable about the food.
3. The time it took for the food to be ordered & made was impeccable.
4. The best thing about the whole experience is the FOOD . It was amazing , perfectly cooked , perfectly seasoned & now one of my favorite places to eat .
I would recommend anyone to come here and try out the food 20/10

This place is pretty dope! The prices are just as high as everywhere else due to the economy imploding in this state, but that is no reason to not get loaded up on a bowl of noods and chicken here!

Just a really bad experience. The girl taking orders at the front was very rude, and the manager in the kitchen was very rude to the whole staff. Seems like a really bad work environment starting from the top down. And the food was terrible on top of it. I typically go to the other location on 120th and it’s a much better spot.

I’ve had great lunches here. The Spicy Chicken Terryaki and Katsu bowl really filled me up this time. Normally, I get the spicy chicken terryaki bowl, which comes with a choice of brown or white rice and vegetables. Whether I’m picking up or eating in, the service here is fast, and foods always hot. A quick bite type of vibe. Good seating in this location, and would make a great place for hangry people..like my girlfriend. If you’re coming back from the mountains on I-70, then definitely come get some chicken and rice here (no alcohol). It’s right off the highway.

Be careful if you skip out on veggies. If I had known they can only put an allotted amount of noodles in I would’ve gotten the veggies as well. So the bowl looked pretty low without them.

Customer service here is always AMAZING. They are attententive to your order, make changes without hesitation and the food is amazing. They even let us park in the curb side pick up spot on a COLD night.
