Not sure if the difference is in shifts, but the last 2 times it has been very subpar. The breading was different on the katsu, far thinner to the point where it slides off. The fried rice was a scoop of fried rice on top of plain fried rice. The last picture is of what was left over from what was edible

Man, saw this place because it was close to our hotel. Anything Teriyaki is gonna catch my eye. I decided to order pick-up through their online site. I ordered and picked up when it said and it was ready when I arrived.
I never had this before so I wasn’t sure of the sizes. I ordered a large and man, that was LARGE! I ordered spicy Teriyaki chicken and it was sooooo good and flavorful. The fried rice, man, I have never had fried rice with so much flavor. This place is amazing! Wish we had one in Abilene, TX. I would eat there regularly! Spicy wasn’t too spicy and the chicken was moist, not dry. I should’ve gotten a smaller size but that’s OK. Leftovers are always welcome!

Well, that does it for ordering from Teriyaki Madness. I give up.
Three times now I’ve placed an order online through their app with at least 15 minutes in advance, and when I show up they’re taking their sweet time with the order. This last time, it was over 30 minutes for a single chicken bowl. Even better, the restaurant’s cramped and hot, making the wait that much more uncomfortable.
That’s it. I’m done. The food’s decent but they can’t handle the traffic. If you’re looking for Asian cuisine there are plenty of other places.

My fiance and I left the ER to rush over to get food before they closed. We were saying I hope nothing goes wrong with our order because they are rushing because they close soon. We have been there a few times and have been fortunate to have good food and service. The cashier that is there tonight is very polite and provided excellent service. The cooks that are there tonight made our orders so nice they actually looked like a picture. I hate I did not take a picture. Keep up the good work you guys.

The chicken teriyaki bowl was DELICIOUS! It was my first time trying and exceeded my expectations. Also, it’s a good place for rice bowls after the gym if you want protein which you can customize.

Their food is great. Taste good. The both times we’ve been there. But they’re service as to being on Point to pick up our food is always late. Waited Thirty Minutes for an order. That was gonna be ready at 1:32. Ended up leaving at 2 Just Waiting For My Food.. if you are on a time crunch, or on lunch for work, I do not recommend this Place, although their food is great!

Great, efficient service, even though they were about to close in an hour. The salmon portion was impressive and well cooked for a fast food place, and the entire dish tasted fresh and delicious.

I love the food here, its amazing, no complaints. However, one of the shift leads here, Jarissa, needs to be taught appropriate workplace language. I’ve sat in the store multiple times and always hear how loud she is, talking about her sex life with her girlfriend while in the kitchen, using vulgar language and way too many details, to the point where I feel uncomfortable repeating them myself. She never does this infront of the manger, Michael. I would hope the franchise owner, Daniel, would do something about this as I know it makes me uncomfortable in the store, and I’m sure it makes other customers and employees uncomfortable as well. Even if you’ve worked with the same people for years and consider then friends outside of work…there’s a time and place for such conversations.
