I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, and I am genuinely surprised by the abundance of positive reviews.
Years ago, I frequently visited this chain’s Energy Corridor branch and had no complaints—it was consistently satisfactory for what it offered. Unfortunately, this particular establishment was a completely different story.
I ordered a large teriyaki beef dish for over $15, which sets a certain expectation for quality. At the very least, I expected the dish to be properly cooked and served at an appropriate temperature. However, the beef was barely above room temperature, and the brown rice was stone cold.
I sent the dish back, pointing out the temperature issue. About 2–5 minutes later, the rice was returned hot, but the beef remained stone cold. At that point, I lost all confidence in the food safety standards and requested a refund.
When the manager came to speak with me, their explanation was baffling. I was told that dishes are served as they are prepared and not staged to ensure uniform temperatures. The manager added that “many restaurants” use staging, but this location does not. While that may be their policy, it’s unacceptable for a meal at this price point to arrive with such glaring issues.
Adding to the poor experience, the restroom was in a horrendous state. It reeked of an odor reminiscent of a neglected public park. Such conditions raise serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and management of the establishment.
Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. Proper temperature control, food safety, and basic hygiene are non-negotiable. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying or reliable dining experience.

I came here with my daughter for the first time late tonight about 45 minutes before closing.
The cashier, my goodness, was so so so sweet and friendly!
The food we ordered was the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken breast, chicken potstickers and crab rangoons. All of it… just amazing! I was so impressed!
The next time I go, I’m definitely trying the spicy chicken since it’s a favorite/recommended dish.

Okay let me tell you all how excited I was about the flavor of Teriyaki Madness! The food was so delicious and fresh! The vegetables were the chef’s kiss Not only that, when the cashier saw my RN Texas Children’s employee badge, she gave myself and my mother free Fountain drink cups! We both chose the two protein(chicken and steak) Teriyaki Bowl with veggies one big plate is enough for two meals you will definitely have leftovers… which is a good thing. If you have not tried it… please stop by you will not be disappointed! The food slaps at Teriyaki Madness!

This was my first time ever eating here. The cashier was super friendly and helped me decide what I wanted. I ended up getting the regular bowl with the orange chicken, fried rice and veggies. It all was perfect! Hot and fresh! Tasted amazing and literally just perfect! I honestly wasn’t expecting to like it this much but yall, I love it and now will continue to come back and bring the family! Yall go check this place out! Also, my total was $13 but I did not get a drink as I had one already.

We ordered pickup from here and it was our first time trying Teriyaki Madness. Ordering online is easy and keeps you updated which is nice. When we went inside to pickup the girl at the counter was super kind and friendly which I really appreciate. The drink station and restaurant were very clean. And our food was great! Will definitely be back!

We came to eat here thinking it was going to be so good because of the reviews I read but the chicken katsu and the steak were really bad the chicken was breaded but pink and the beef was stale the white rice and steam vegetables were the only good thing the fried rice was stringy and mushy. In my opinion this place is over priced I suggest you go to panda express and get their bowl that taste better has better food quality and is more price friendly. This place is unclean from the inside I sat at a booth and it smelled like ammonia the walls are splattered and the floors are sticky the tables aren’t wiped and the booth seats aren’t either. This place disappointed me.
