What really stood out to me was the customer service. The owner was incredibly pleasant and took the time to make sure I fully understood what I was ordering. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. He even shared that they’ll be offering catering services soon once the staff is fully trained — which is exciting!
The entire team had positive energy. The cashier was knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference.
I was so impressed that I grabbed extra menus to take back to my team at Amazon — and I will definitely be back myself!

I stood there at the counter for 2-3 minutes before acknowledgement. Finally, the manager looked up and apologized and asked another person if they could take my order. This already made me feel uncomfortable but no worries, I understand the restaurant is new, things happen, so I carry on.
This is where even more fun happens. As I’m placing my order, I asked for double protein. I was told they didn’t have double protein on the menu. First of all, how is this possible? Isn’t one of the main selling points of this restaurant revolve around healthier options in which extra protein is part of that and marketed by the company lol. So ok fine, I carry on whatever, I will order a side of protein. I placed my order, then the girl recited it and got it wrong. I repeated it, and it seemed they still weren’t able to comprehend properly. The questions she asked me about my order were already answered. It turned into what seemed like a debate and making me feel as if they are doing me a favor by taking my order. Eventually I had enough and just walked out politely lol. What a joke and terrible experience. I never ever had an issue placing my order at any restaurant before this. I’m disappointed because as a fitness guy, I looked forward to this restaurant opening to have another healthier food option nearby,
