In the past deal for $6.99, I was able to order 1-3 meals for Monday madness a few months back. Today while placing the order, I was told it was “limited per one person/order”. When I asked when it was changed I was responded in an annoyed manner of “its always been this way”. While proceeding to get soda, the Soda Machine itself was turned off during the 6-6:30 PM rush… Took a photo of the deal outside that states, “includes your choice of Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Chicken, Chicken Breast Teriyaki, or Tofu Teriyaki, white or Brown rice, rice, or extra spicy. Cannot be used with other promotions or discounts. Not available online, app, or delivery”.
Nowhere states “limited to one or only one per person or order” anywhere..
Has anyone had issue before??? Would not recommend for ordering huge orders.

Didn’t let me know when ordering that they were out of veggies, until I went up and asked after getting my food. They also started closing up earlier and reminded us that they r closing in 30 mins (when going up to ask about veggies), made us feel like we not welcomed. Wish I would have known ahead of time and gone to the taco place next door instead.

The 2 gentleman who prepared our food tonight did an exceptional job. Not only did i feel like my food came out perfect, my children and i were greeted with politeness upfront. Very pleased with our experience.

This was my first time going, and i ordered teriyaki chicken with brown rice and vegetables and a side of edamame. The service was very good, but the food was not. The rice, edamame, and veggies were mushy. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Considering they just opened it is expected that they are going to be very busy and there will be a wait. Prior to ordering I was told there would be a 30 to 35 minute wait, so people should not be complaining, I am certain they were informed. As I waited for my food I heard them tell this to every single guest and some decided to leave and some decided to stay. Really good fried rice and teriyaki chicken. Egg roll was just ok.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. A little pricey for just a bowl of rice, meat, and veggies. If you want to make it a combo where it includes a drink a side, it’s about $14-$15 (depending if you want fried rice or regular white rice). The food wasn’t bad. It was just too sweet from the teriyaki sauce. Would I go back? Eh, maybe. Would it be my first choice to eat? Probably not. If you have a sweet tooth or like eating sweet food, this place is for you!

i have celiac disease and this made my stomach hurt so bad. says what i ordered should be gluten free. also food is almosy always cold or the rice is rock hard.
