Stopped in today for lunch. Staff was friendly and graciously explained the ordering process after we said it was our first time. I tried the Chicken Katsu with veggies and noodles. My fiance tried the Teriyaki Salmon with veggies and white rice. Both tasted great!

We recently placed a large catering order with Teriyaki Madness and couldn’t be happier! Even with so many bowls to prepare, they had everything ready on time and organized perfectly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right – everyone at our event loved it. What impressed me most was the attention to detail: they included plenty of utensils and silverware, and made sure every small item was packed carefully so nothing was missing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process, making it easy and stress-free for us. Truly outstanding service and quality food – highly recommend their catering for any occasion!

Edit: good food but as other reviews mention service sucks and it’s expensive for what it is. Twice now I’ve made a curbside order and they forgot to bring it out to the car. I have been here multiple times and had my order messed up. And they do absolutely nothing to try to correct their mistakes.
My first time trying Teriyaki Madness. Conveniently located near the Worthington mall with plenty of parking and easy access. I ordered the spicy orange chicken bowl and was given what I think was the spicy teriyaki chicken (because it was unbreaded). It was good but always disappointing when you don’t get what ya ordered. I wish you could order half rice/half noodles! Veggies were fresh. Chicken egg roll tasted great with the gyoza sauce and the white rice was on point. My main complaint is that it’s on the pricier side for fast casual food but you get what you pay for! They have this crazy custom made fork/chopstick utensil I had never seen before…pretty cool haha. Service was good and the place was busy! It’s small with limited seating. The girl behind the counter was friendly contrary to other reviews. I do wish the order ETA was more accurate because I arrived 5 minutes early and my food was already ready on the pickup shelf. Will definitely have to try other menu items later!

I had an excellent experience at Teriyaki Madness! The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The employee was super friendly and helpful, even taking the time to guide me in choosing the right meal. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted amazing. Great service and delicious food – I’ll definitely be coming back!

They lost a customer today. The food was awful — chicken had no flavor, meat was dry and paper thin, and they literally threw some kind of teriyaki paste on the beef instead of a sauce. The noodles were way overcooked, the veggies tasted weird, and the rice was chewy with hard bits like it was either burned or undercooked. Their food used to be fresh and delicious, but the quality has really gone downhill just like their starts. Eat at your own risk and check your food before you leave. Worst $50+ spent, and with this economy… nope! Their place was also empty to be a Saturday and they always packed it must be why wish I could get my money back because food was directly trashed!

Not sure why the teriyaki sauce thats on my food looks like blood clots. Its thick clobs. Is this sauce old or what? The sauce in the container isn’t like this. Not appealing what so ever. Cabbage too crunchy & rice too thick. I would like my money back.

Different sizes of bowls . Steak was the best! Orange chicken ok, little meet lots of breading. Could just my preferences . I would stay away from salmon , but I feel like I will give another try.

I tried teriyaki madness for the first time and seriously impressed. The teriyaki sause is rich and flavorful without being too sweet. The veggies were crisp, the rice perfectly cooked, and the chicken portion was huge. The staff checked in to make sure everything was good, which I appreciated. Great option if you are craving something filling but not greasy.
