Got this at work (catered) and we all loved it. That was over a month ago and been going to get a bowl or junior bowl once a week since. So good! Service is good too. Clean tables and not busy when I go. People seem to order ahead for take out. There are tables there to dine in if you wish too, haven’t seen a lot of people dining, but the food is delicious!

You go for the food and it is here! The portions are huge, the jr would be perfect not needing even the regular or large bowl. The options are limited outside of the meats but it makes it simple for ordering. The staff made great recommendations, came at lunch time and not a whole lot of people here, hope they make some traction and this place stays around! The JR bowl is a little pricey for what you get for a kid.

I had such a great experience at Teriyaki Madness! The chicken teriyaki bowl was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The fried rice was super tasty too, and the crab rangoon was crispy and full of creamy goodness. Everything had awesome flavor, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a place to visit for a satisfying meal!

Food is good and workers are nice. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive. It’s just rice, veggies (broccoli), and tofu (tofu is cheap to source compared to meat). They recently updated the pricing from about 3 dollars to add extra protein to over 8 dollars, so the bowl comes out to 24+ after tax. Ridiculous. Probably can’t go as often anymore. Am a bodybuilder and need the extra protein .

A solid 3.5 stars but I can’t give half star ratings so I will give the benefit to TM. Food is delicious. Service is decent but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was very smoky inside the restaurant and triggered a spasmic cough in my lungs. This place needs some serious ventilation installed. I’d definitely order take out next time until the dine-in experience is improved.

The staff was friendly at 1:35 on Wednesday. What surprised me the most is how this place took longer than most mom and pop Asian shops and ended up tasting like a fast food drive through.
First off, they say they are making crab Rangoon- However, when asked it is whitefish Rangoon. We did not order that.
We each got an egg roll, they were chewy and the flavor was okayish. The sauce they served was surprisingly sweet. I prefer a savory sauce for mine and they didn’t include any hot mustard or tamari. In my opinion not worth eating.
We had a bogo with purchase of 1 meal and 2 drinks, the fountain drinks were good. I had unsweetened iced tea and the hubs had root beer and it was good.
We each got the chicken breast teriyaki bowl. I had to stop eating the vegetables because they tasted like they had some preservatives on them. I’m used to fresh well rinsed Asian vegetables and these did not meet the expectation. The chicken breast was a good enough portion, a little dry. Lots and lots of rice fill the bowl. I had brown and my husband had white.
There are a lot of upsell items.
At the end of the day, I think we get fresher, better tasting Asian cuisine from scratch at the local mom and pop places in Westerville.
If we hadn’t had the coupon I would have been upset over the food we fed the dog.

This place is always amazing. The food is fresh and delicious, the lobby is absolutely pristine, and the staff are always friendly. I am a little disappointed in the lack of zero/diet drink options from a place I would consider to be more aimed towards health though. They have one diet option and most times I visit it is empty since everyone else is trying to get it.

Visited this place on weekday..it was pretty light and neat.. clean tables and prompt staff. We order spicy tofu and spicy chicken bowls. Good portions and taste. Felt the sauce was a little too sweet. Mad sauce supposed to be spicy wasn’t very spicy. Not worth the extra 50 cents.

Great quality food and affordable price. Quick and friendly service made for an enjoyable experience. The dining room is lacking, feels like a food court.
