Order 2 hours in advance, that way you only have to wait 45 min at the restaurant; but The wait worth the food. I’d like to know who the manager is. Is like to provide them with a video of our experience today. By our, I mean a lobby full of patrons and the lady who works here.

Tried to grab lunch around noon but left without ordering. Staff said it would be a while before they could even take orders due to catering orders they were finishing, and they couldn’t give an estimate for how long the wait would be. If you’re doing heavy catering at lunch, it might help to staff up or post a notice so walk-in customers know what to expect.

Looks nothing like what they pictured. To start they got my order wrong. I ordered mad spice and they supposedly gave me regular. From the picture I took I don’t see any sauce. The chicken was pulled instead of grilled and the vegetables consisted of onions and cabbage. This place would make you want to stop eating Asian food.

We walked in to this restaurant / fast food establishment and the floor was like somebody spilled coke all over it. It’s a order at the counter and sit down kind of restaurant. We wanted a large order but they didn’t have any more large containers so we couldn’t buy what we wanted and had to get the regular size. I got the chicken spicy teriyaki, It was pretty good with some vegetables in it, my wife got spicy orange chicken with a side of yum yum sauce, she said it was ok. I really don’t know how this is rated 4.5 stars because the counter gal was kinda rude and seemed like we were an irritant for being there. It was 6:30pm and we were the only one’s there. I wouldn’t come back here because it wasn’t that good and it’s pretty pricey for ordering and sitting down, but to each their own, I’ve had much better food and service without the flies.

It took almost 30 minutes for me to receive my food and I only ordered only one dish. This was my first time going there and I was very disappointed. I’m familiar with cooking process and I know how exactly my chicken tastes like it tastes like it was cooked prior some time before put it back in the fridge been sitting for a long time and recook with the sauce before serving.

The chicken teriyaki bowl is divine. After a recent fight with tonsil cancer, I am limited in what I can eat. The chicken is cooked perfectly, soft enough, with noodles or rice, to be eaten in my current state. The most recent two visits to your store have left me 100% satisfied with the customer service despite the 15-20 minute wait each time. I ordered ahead both times on the app but I must have had the same great idea for dinner as everyone else those days! Despite the long lines, the staff members were great, greeting me when I walked in, updating me on the time, and having smiles for the customers even when you could see how busy they were.

I came around noon the place was packed i was expecting a long wait time but surprisingly was only there for about 15 minutes tops. I was instantly greeted by Bri the moment I walked in the door she informed me that It would be about a 10 minute wait and that she would be with me as soon as she could. I ordered the Steak Teriyaki and the Spicy Orange chicken both with noodles and veggies. I loved every bite I was impressed with how fast I got my order taken to the time I got my food. I think I found my new favorite lunch spot! Thanks Bri for making my whole experience great ill definitely be coming back.

We came in after a long day of moving. The a/c was perfect, and we felt comfortable for the first time all day. We met Mark behind the counter, and his crew was amazing. There isn’t a huge amount of seating, but it was just right for our needs. We all ordered the big bowls. The steak and chicken were meats of choice. The veggies were done well, and the noodles were tasty. We had the cookies and marshmallow treats as well, the cookies are my personal favorite. The place was clean, the food came out quick and there were smiles all around. We will be back! Thanks, Mark.

Best spot in town for chow mein noodles amazing orange chicken , fire teriyaki, chicken and rice. I mean everything I’ve had is really good that PRE is cooking up on the wok.. everything is fresh …not your middle of the mall Chinese special.. definitely coming back. Customer service is great and the food is just delicious.
