We love treating ourselves to this place. I decided that I wanted to ensure I had leftovers for a second meal later so I paid for an extra order of orange chicken. Food comes and the portion size looked similar to my wife’s (who didn’t order additional), I asked Julie (who helped us at the register) if it was correct because I was unfamiliar since I’ve never ordered extra before and she immediately said it wasn’t and offered to fix the problem. Meanwhile, Rob (owner) gets wind and comes over to look as well and apologized and confirmed he was going to get us more chicken. It turns out that he wasn’t even aware at first that we DID order an extra serving and was STILL going to fix it to make it right. We already love frequenting this place and now after this it solidifies our future visits and definitely recommend anyone to try it out!

With over 30,000 views on my reviews…Let me tell you about the hottest kinda new restaurant…. Teriyaki Madness! It’s so great! They give awesome portions. Sometimes for me it lasts 2 meals. The food is a 10 in my book.
They never get it wrong. I’ve recommended many places but this one is a must! Prove me wrong….lol
Pictured is a small spicy chicken with the vegetables separated.

I have nothing but great things to say about T-Mad. I order a lot at work for team meetings and I use T-Mad as often as I can because everyone loves them. I love that they are so accommodating. If I order lots of bowls for people to choose from, They will put labels of what each bowl is on them (not a lot of places I order form will!!). When I order catering, they always deliver in insulated carts so that the food is still very hot, they set it up for me, bring individual label cards to go in front of each pan, and they provide bottles of sauces! I highly recommend them both for catering and just for regular orders. (My personal fave is the spicy orange chicken! Try it)

We recently placed a catering order with Teriyaki Madness, and Kathleen made the entire experience absolutely seamless. She went above and beyond to accommodate every small request we had and made sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish.
It’s not every day you come across someone so attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to great service. Kathleen truly made a difference, and we’re so grateful for her help support for our team sales meeting.
The food was fantastic, and the service made it even better. Thanks again, Kathleen! You’re awesome!

Well first the customer service is terrible, I waited in the car for curbside pickup ON APRIL 9th or APRIL 10th, (you can also review the phone calls that I made for that day) for 40 minutes because I kept calling and the cashier kept saying she will be there in a sec (I was otp with my partner and didn’t realize how long I was in the car), I ended up going inside and she laughed saying “oh sorry” after I stood there behind 6 men ordering their food so I was there even longer. Second time I went (A COUPLE DAYS AGO), I called for a pickup and the cashier was beyond rude and dry just like their food. For this so called luxury place that sells bowls and two drinks for a price of $40+ I would expect top tier customer service. As far as these large orange chicken bowls, you are getting only rice and about 10 small pieces of orange chicken so the ratio is unbelievable. When I paid extra for more chicken APRIL 10th, I was still scammed for a tiny amount. The pictures FROM A COUPLE DAYS AGO don’t do justice on how much rice there is. But just know that Panda Express, Chipotle, and Cava doesn’t low ball you and will hook you up on a good price and a great amount of food you’re getting You will never spend $30-$45 on their food for a couple. Winn Dixie right next to Teriyaki Madness has orange chicken bags for $10 and rice for $5, get your moneys worth. That’s my fault for wanting to surprise my partner with something different but never again will I come here unless I’m getting a coupon for a free bowl. And saying that this is a suspicious review without even saying give us a call to talk more about this issue that you were having or maybe ask what are the dates!? But i get it, you’re trying to make your company look good. I would never go out of my way to make a novel about a company just for fun and giggles.. I’m beyond livid Rob.

My salmon bowl was very good. However, as the saying goes, you only get one chance to give a first impression. The chicken in the chicken breast bowl was very firm and dry. I suspect it was left over from last week. I doubt if I can get my wife to try it again.

Teriyaki Madness recently opened up and is new to the area. They offer “Teriyaki Bowls” with various proteins like chicken, steak, salmon, and tofu. You can also choose between rice (white , brown or fried), yakisoba noodles or all veggies. They also have sides like egg rolls, pot stickers and a few other items.
Overall I thought the food was good, it’s made fresh to order, so if it’s busy, there can be a wait for your food.
Overall a good addition to the area.

Really good chicken teriyaki bowl. The fried rice could use some fine tuning because mine was just lumps of sticky white rice with a little soy sauce .

Ordered for delivery. Very delicious and flavorful. Two protein meal, I had chicken and tofu, and my son had steak and chicken. We tried the fried rice instead of the white and it was so good! Poured the extra sauce over top was a fabulous lunch with plenty of leftovers!! I love my veggies, so of course I ordered them for my meal. However, I was a bit disappointed to find a huge thick slice of cabbage that would be not edible in its current state to cut up and eat. It was hard and raw. It took up a lot of space for my veggies and would have much preferred more broccoli, carrots and squash. Other than that everything was really tasty. Will order again.

Seems like this place may have bad reviews because a couple bad apples. Honestly, I’m so glad it’s here.
Got the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl, it’s really good. Love how flavorful and hearty the portions are. Tastes great and the spice is the right level. The chocolate chip cookie was good too, had some sea salt.
Idk why someone waited outside instead of just walking in and picking up their order, maybe they were handicap? Just make sure you check that you got everything you ordered for pickup. This spot will be one of my new regulars.
