Great staff very helpful for first timers or seasoned customers! Food is amazing and hot and great tasting! Vegetables alone are amazing ( wish they had just a bowl of veggies only) Prices are realistic in today’s economy. The chicken is so juicy and full of flavor, the teriyaki tofu has a slight crisp on outside lots of flavor and a great firm texture! You can upgrade from just plain rice to noodles, fried rice or all veggies for $1.00 more per bowl size. The Chicken egg rolls are amazing and better then Chinese restaurant egg rolls in general! You should stop by and get take out or eat in and form an opinion for yourself but I’m pretty sure you’ll keep coming back!

Teriyaki Madness offers one of the most unappetizing bowls I have ever tasted. This commercial Asian fusion fast food lacks flavor and carries a slight soapy taste. I felt a deep sense of disappointment because the presentation of the dishes is visually appealing. As soon as we returned home to enjoy our chicken and steak bowls, I instantly felt nauseated. The rice was mushy, the meat was chewy, and the sauce was tasteless. My candid opinion is to avoid dining here. The positive feedback must be from bots or locals who have never experienced authentic teriyaki bowls. Even my dogs turned their noses up at my leftovers.

The teriyaki chicken and the vegetables were really good but the rice had a weird taste. Overall it was still good but definitely would be even better if they fixed the rice. Didn’t really care for the egg roll but that’s just me, again it wasn’t bad I’m just not a big fan of egg rolls anyway. This location is pretty small and it was a little off putting that the bathroom door was right beside the fountain drink machine. Also if someone was sitting at the table by the drink machine it’s tough to get past them. The staff was working hard to get the orders out and the young lady that was taking orders was amazing. She knew the doordash orders like the back of her hand and it was fun watching her manage the front of house so well. I wish I had gotten her name. They give you a good amount of food so I’m glad I went for the regular size versus the large so unless you want leftovers scale down. While I was there I had to check to see if there were locations in Virginia and there are so I will definitely stop in there when I’m home!!

Huge shoutout to Robin for keeping a packed store running smoothly with grace and positivity she greeted everyone like a pro. Big thanks to sweet Keiley (hope we spelled that right!) and the awesome kitchen crew.
We’re so happy to have Teriyaki Madness in the neighborhood it’s the delicious upgrade we didn’t know we needed. Pro tip: Don’t skip the potstickers.

I’m not someone to leave reviews but I can’t get over this. I walked in at about 5-5:10pm, ordered there, there was no one else in there at the time. The girl took my order and told me 10 minutes, well that 10 minutes turned into over 30, where the lady in the back said well the chicken breast take longer.. I’m sorry but when people who ordered after me got their order before me, that has nothing to do with the chicken, they forgot, especially for how small this chicken breast is it wouldn’t take that long. I’ve gotten chicken meals quicker at sit down restaurants then I did here… I was so excited to try this place finally and I won’t be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while out shopping and we enjoy it so much that we’ve eaten their twice in 4 days. The price is fair, portions huge( due to deep bowls) and flavor is on point. They even give you extra teriyaki sauce aside from whats in the bowl. Inside is small with about 4 tables and its located beside massage envy in wake forest. We highly recommend, especially if you love teriyaki. Their orange chicken is divine too. Also, they offer brown rice too.

Not impressed. Very small. I got chicken teriyaki and a steak teriyaki. There was very little sauce on the food. The steak looked like pressed meat. There was so much grisly on the steak I could eat half the steak. It didn’t come with white sauce and I would have to pay .80 cent to get white sauce. And the website states .75 for extra sauce. The vegetables were very weak. Very thin slice zucchini. Cabbage wasn’t crunchy.
There is another habachi place in the same shopping center with much better meals. Real meat, fresh chunks of vegetables and it comes with 2 cups of white sauce without having to pay for white sauce.

I ordered two of the largest Teriyaki Chicken meals with brown rice and vegetables. The chicken itself was decent, but the portions were very underwhelming for the price. There was surprisingly little chicken, lots of rice, and the “vegetables” were basically a ton of lettuce leaves, three slices of zucchini, and two tiny broccoli florets. Definitely not what’s pictured on their website. For the size I ordered, I expected a lot more substance.

Great Food! But it’s the slowest operation i’ve seen in awhile. This place makes Wendy’s look fast. 25+ minutes for some orange chicken. It’s not the only time either, it’s been slow every time i’ve come here. I’m to the point where i’m hesitant to stop here, I just don’t have that kind of time. Not much madness about it, it’s a pretty low energy place. Everybody is nice and pleasant, just kind of not really into it. But, food is great, order ahead!!!!
