Had an amazing meal here with my wife! The spicy chicken was seriously delicious — one of the best I’ve had. Adam was super friendly and took great care of us. Great service, great food, and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I spent $30 on a regular orange chicken bowl with fried rice, and when I opened it, it immediately smelled terrible. The chicken and eggs were completely burnt, and even the rice tasted like charcoal — totally inedible. The food made my whole house smell awful, and I had to throw everything away. I tried requesting a refund, but I was only given $5 back. That’s really disappointing for a meal I couldn’t eat at all. I’d appreciate a full refund for this order.

I can’t to pick up my food and when I got there it wasn’t done I watched only two people work the GM wasn’t helping I told me my food was ready and it wasn’t done I’m very disappointed I ordered spicy orange chicken and they gave me mad spicy the fries rice was nasty Didn’t have no Wontons or potstickers

I’m still waiting for my refund or to have them remake it we was told they would remake the food and Brian the DM told us he would remake it.

This is by far the worst takeout I’ve ever had. The rice is like clumps of oatmeal. I’m disappointed. The rice wasn’t cooked properly

mixed veggies were the best in it, but the orange chicken was ok, but not the greatest, fried rice was disgusting (too much soy sauce cooked in it, not enough carrots/peas in it, tasted like brown rice and not white rice cooked in it)………i’ll go to panda express if i do take out or local chinese

My wife picked us up dinner from here yesterday. She got home and we sat down to eat. The rice was like one big clump of oatmeal. Disgusting. I plan on reaching out to their corporate office. I can’t imagine that they would want one of their franchises to be putting their name on food like this.

I know I ordered an hour before closing and that pisses staff off but I’ve been so horrendously morning sick that I can barely eat until late. I spent $17 on a chicken teriyaki bowl because I couldnt bring myself to physically cook .. and the chicken was INEDIBLE, not chicken CHARCOAL. In the 15 years I worked in food service I NEVER would have sold that and called it food. This was my splurge for the month, my pregnancy craving and yall freakin failed horribly. I ate rice for dinner. Thanks.

* Update…. 2nd trip was the same – I won’t be going back. All of the replies from the owner stating that “they want customers to feel like a unicorn jumped into their face” is an odd thing to copy and paste over and over… FYI most of the 5 star reviews are from store employees and their families :/

Original review – Not a great first experience. I ordered online for 45 minutes later. When I got to the carryout window I was told 15-20 minutes longer. They parked me. I waited 38 additional minutes and got white rice instead of fried rice (which costs $1.00 more)… The veggies were fresh, but the chicken is chewy and “fatty” seemed under done. They were extremely overwhelmed. It definitely looked like “Madness” inside!

Well I was hoping this would be a great new restaurant for Fairmont. I even saved my review for my 2nd trip, due to the utter disaster of my grand opening nightmare in December. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to grand opening being crazy busy. This 2nd trip was not crazy busy and was still a great disappointment. This was an online order That I was told would be ready in 11 minutes, I even showed up a few minutes later to give them a chance. I still had to wait another 25 minutes for a total time of 29 minutes past pick up time. I wasn’t the only one that waited, one guy complained he was there 45 minutes. And to add insult to injury I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Check my pictures. It looked right in the bag but they shorted me 3 pot stickers. The food I got seemed decent but it’s not worth the hassle that I go through to get it There are many better options, even in Fairmont, to get Asian food than Teriyaki Madness. Will not be visiting here ever again.
