me and my boyfriend went here on Saturday. We just wanted a quick meal before we headed to the movies. when we get our food my rice was hard and I couldn’t eat it so my boyfriend asked them to remake it. They remade my food and gave me raw chicken, not exaggerating. I won’t be returning to this establishment and I can see why they need a new manager. That’s actually insane serving somebody raw chicken can cause them to have many sicknesses and speaking of sicknesses. I got sick and I have a doctors note and I had to miss days of work. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this place and if you do double check your food.

Food was excellent! We don’t have one of these in Nova, but used to eat at them in Las Vegas.

Food quality was excellent, plenty of vegetarian options, and my 8 year old loved her steak Teriyaki. I was even given a military discount without me asking.

Kind gentleman (Jason) took our order as well!

I’m not sure why the low rating. The staff there were super friendly and would like to highlight their honesty. My first visit the girl who greeted me asked if I ordered already, I said “no” she said just to let ya know we are really slammed right now so it will be 30-45mins. I was so appreciative of the upfront honesty that I went somewhere else because I was starving. What I did do was come back the next day for lunch.

The place checked everything I expected and good and service were great. I love this chain and this location was spot on. Will definitely be back.

My first visit here was on 8/7/24. The young ladies that assisted me were pleasant and nice. I ordered the large spicy teriyaki chicken bowl (because the small and medium look like kid bowls). Now, when asked “what kind of rice would you like, white rice, brown rice or fried rice” they NEVER say it’s an extra charge for fried rice which is what I chose. Even in the description it says “Our fresh chicken teriyaki is wok-tossed in our signature spicy sauce and placed upon some white rice, brown rice, fried rice or noodles, and stir-fried veggies”. You have to do a deep dive to find out it’s an extra $1.29 up charge. That was a downside because they shouldn’t advertise that as an item that can automatically come with the meal when it’s an added up charge. I also got the combo which added another $4.29 to my total. I chose the egg roll which was a little too chewy for me. Even with my military discount, for one large combo meal, it was $20.08. It would have been more had I not received my discount. The portion was decent and the food was an 8/10. I would eat here again, I just wouldn’t get the combo and I would ask what has an up charge before I order…. In response to the owners… A lot of food places actually do give military discounts, you just have to ask, just as I had to ask here. However, thank you for your support.

I came here with my husband, we were planning to eat next door, but came here on a whim. We both enjoy a teriyaki bowl and hadn’t tried it here yet, so this was our first time. Overall the food was good. We each ordered a medium-sized bowl. The chicken bowl with fried rice was good/great. The other with the steak with brown rice- the steak is thick shaved steak, is a tad dry but good, the brown rice was dense and gummy- not great. The reason I took one star off, is because we were both still hungry after we ate our meal, and doesn’t seem like a great value. Overall it was good and I wouldn’t mind eating here again, but the next time we’re hungry in the area- we’ll probably eat next door. Extra things to note: the spicy sauce is excellent – tastes like sweet chili sauce + Sriracha. The bowls came with teriyaki on the side, which they needed. They offer a 10% military discount. The staff was great. The establishment, including the bathroom, was clean.

The two meat option with a drink came to ~$24 which was a bit much. The chicken was pretty ok, not a lot of flavor but cooked right. The steak option was weak, the quality was pretty low and felt like way less quality then expected in a $24 dish.

When I was there staff did not ahve a welcoming attitude, at one point the kitchen worker stuck their head out the front door and screamed at a passing car. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming for me, but perhaps wouldn’t be as bad for others.

I probably won’t come back.

The food was so good, we had this for dinner 2 nights in a row! I did not know this place just opened, so I’m guessing the first day it was on DoorDash our order kept getting canceled. lol but it was worth the wait! The orange chicken was nice with a little bit of crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. The teriyaki was grilled immaculately! And the rice is nice and fluffy! Would definitely recommend. Going to have to visit this place in person one day.

The overall experience was okay. The portion size was reasonable and pretty tasty. The person at the counter could’ve been a little more personable though. A little pricey too.

I don’t plan on going again. That was too much money wasted on the experience. The meat, if it was real beef meat, was terrible. Chewy and a choking hazard. The rice was mushy. I should have taken it back and gotten my money refunded. The staff was friendly though.

I’ve been here twice now. I used the app and did pick up. Each time, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and given my food promptly. The orders were packaged well, and accurate. The portions were generous, with extra sauce on the side; the food, hot and delicious. The chicken was super tender, smokey and well sauced with a touch of heat and sweetness.

My parents ordered the traditional teriyaki chicken with fried rice (their fave!) and mixed vegetables. They liked it so much they wanted to go back again. So I tried the spicy chicken teriyaki the second time with white rice and paid extra for broccoli only. I think it might be my new favorite!

The only mishap was the fountain drink we got didn’t have syrup added to it so it was a cup of club soda. Mistakes happen, though. If I had known before I left and alerted them, I’m certain they would’ve resolved such a minor issue.

Plus the food and service more than made up for it!

Highly recommend you give them a try.
