Ordered them for the first time tonight through door dash. Delicious food! I got the 2 protein bowl with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggies & noodles with teriyaki sauce on the side. Definitely get more sauce on the side if you’re like me & like your chicken saucey. The sauce has a nice smokey flavor to it. $20 for this big bowl but I’ll definitely buy again.

The food is usually hot & fresh but today it was lacking. I ordered through door dash & oddly short after placing the order, it was saying it was ready & already picked up. I was under the assumption that this restaurant made the food fresh once an order is placed. My ASSUMPTION is that my order was something someone didn’t pick up & they had laying around. More noodles & veggies than spicy orange chicken, for the price more protein would’ve been nice. I hope my assumption isn’t the truth, please keep making everything fresh!

Absolutely horrible beef. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki, and it was nothing but fat and gristle. Completely inedible.
The bottom of the bowl beneath the rice and vegetables was just a hot mess of liquid.
This was to go, so it wasn’t like I was going to turn around and go back once I got home.
On a positive note, cashier was very nice and friendly.

Salmon teriyaki was tough and fairly tasteless. It seemed like a press cube steak. I’ve eaten at teriyaki madness before with other types of meat and it’s been excellent. I will not ever order salmon teriyaki from them again.

Terrible! I goo ok t the salmon and my husband got the chicken. The salmon and the chicken overcooked and dried out , the rice mushy hard to tell if rice or mashed rice. The broccoli was okay , never ever going back the biggest waste of money. It was 38 dollars for regular size of both no drinks no extras.

I ordered regular teriyaki salmon bowl and junior orange chicken bowl, for the first time. This time the serving size for the salmon bowl was small. Container was less than half full and food was cold. I haven’t opened and eaten the orange chicken junior bowl yet as I saved it to be eaten on another day. The young woman brought the food bag out promptly for my mad dash pick up. I wonder if the staff receive the tip I add to my online order. I will continue to order from them but I was disappointed this time! Expensive for what I received.

Honestly, I went into this place with high hopes. I’d heard rave things from my friends. The menu that is up above the register is way too high. I had to crane my neck just to read it all. They did have small paper menus to look at. I felt like the menu was limited and repetitive. I ordered a Jr. sized bowl because I didn’t want a lot. I got the spicy orange chicken with fried rice and mixed veggies. My total was around $13. The wait wasn’t too bad. When I finally got home and tried to eat it, I felt like the chicken was off in some way. It didn’t taste spicy. And it was mostly irregular pieces of meat. The fried rice was overcooked and extremely soft. The veggies were decent. Maybe I should try something different if I return.

Today was my first time trying Teriyaki Madness, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I went around noon when it wasn’t even busy and ordered their “Spicy Bowl,” which they said was one of their best items. The food looked burnt, the chicken was fatty, and the flavor just wasn’t there. Definitely expected better for the price. The service wasn’t great either no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in, just kind of awkward standing there waiting. For a new spot, you’d think they’d try to make a better impression. Overall, the food reminded me of a lower-quality version of Panda Express, which says a lot. Not sure I’d come back, but hopefully they step up the quality and service.

I typically love this place but I found like a piece of a staple or something in my teriyaki bowl when I was eating my leftovers at home… I’m just thankful it was my bowl and not my daughters! it put me off though, not sure I’ll get food here again.

The food was terrible!! I ate a few pieces of the chicken (dark meat and scraps) last night, but the rest of the meal was truly not edible. The rice was mushy, and it was more like oatmeal. It looked like white rice with peas, carrots, and eggs added. The vegetables were raw. Sorry, but my pictures are from this morning, right before I threw it out. I was very hungry, driving in from out of town and wanted something quick. What a disappointment and a waste of $15!

All of our food was delicious, we will definitely be back! I’m so excited to have a new dining option close to home that serves fresh, hot, delicious food! We visited during their grand opening weekend and the place was packed. I had placed an order online for pickup. I saw other people reported problems with this, but I had no issues other than the estimated pick up time was pretty far out due to their volume for grand opening, which I expected. I was honestly surprised they had online ordering open during the grand opening and would recommend for anyone else that visits specifically during grand opening to just go in person and order because those orders were getting out quickly from what I observed. I’m sure online will be great when the kinks are worked out and the volume dies down. All of the staff were friendly and I think they were doing a phenomenal job to handle the volume due to their grand opening special. Those that gave 1 star reviews during grand opening weekend over logistical issues or honest mistakes should be ashamed. I think any restaurant deserves a little grace during their grand opening, and they don’t realize how hard a business has to then work to bring that average review back up. The food is 5 stars all the way! The pic of my Chicken Teriyaki Bowl doesn’t do it justice because I had already started picking at it before I thought to take a photo. We also had egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and potstickers—all delicious!
