I’ve been to this location (Manchester) only a couple times, and I’m already hooked. The food is great, and worth the price for the amount (which is something I care about when ordering food anywhere).
The staff are so great, and I can just tell how hard they work to keep up with everything. They’re kind, patient, and knowledgeable of their products. The establishment is so clean, and I’ve had no negative customer service interactions.
Though the advertising team for this company as a whole is very creative, and are able to make me laugh with their menu and other ads, I will continue to return to Teriyaki Madness because of their staff.

Sooooo yummyyy!! Me and my mom stopped here while on a road trip and the food DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The food was super flavorful and also came in perfect portions, so glad we stopped here!

Went here with my son & husband for the first time & food was good , only thing wan the white rice seems little hard & orange chicken was little dried , my husbands steak and fried rice was amazing! , the egg roll & crab Rangoon’s were so good . My son’s noodles were great too. Will definitely be back and will get fried rice with steak next time.

Julie and Princess outstanding customer service. Julie is always with a smile every visit I make. Our Food was hot and fresh thank you Princess your a great cook. Waiting time was short. Environment was clean. Bathroom clean as well. The food was so good, I give them a five star. Definitely recommend. Very family oriented place with enjoyable music.

This was my first time going. I was kind of nostalgic for the mall food court teriyaki place. The chicken was good, although I could’ve used more for the price. I paid extra for the fried rice and was surprised at how greasy and wet everything was. The rice and vegetables had standing liquid in the bottom that kind of just congealed everything border line soupy. The spring roll actively poured out grease when I broke it in half.

Ok this is an update after about a month. DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 4pm. The night team can not get an order out in an under a hour. I’ve come twice a week since this placed open, and during lunch hours everyone is friendly and the food comes fast. After 4pm, it’s a complete different story. The young lady at the register didn’t even say a word to me when I walked in to order. Just stared at me blankly. Then comes the wait. People are getting so update waiting for so long, and the shift supervisor with the curly blonde hair should not be here. He refused to help this lady with a problem she was having. Just don’t come after 4.

Tried Teriyaki Madness for the 1st time tonight, excellent!
We had never been before and we had questions about the different options and what to order, the gentlemen behind the counter couldn’t have been better!
He took the time to explain everything and we weren’t rushed or felt pressured to just order something.
The food came out and was actually brought to our table! Its was delicious, my son and I had Teriyaki chicken bowls and my wife had a double meat bowl. All was absolutely excellent.
The crab rangoons were some of the best I’ve had too.
All in all, great food, great service and a clean friendly store.
We will most definitely be back soon!
