I’ve never been to this place before and I don’t know how I end up wrapping myself into these situations… but I walk in to Nepali music blasting full volume. Like the highest you could max out the sound system and very large man playing a tom drum kit with a cowbell and set of cymbals. And I’m here for all of it! I ordered my teriyaki chicken to then have the most euphoric out of body experience I’ve ever had eating an eggroll and housing some teriyaki chicken!
You know what this place has? Free will and good food. If you’re bored and want to absolutely house better than mall food court teriyaki chicken, please check this wacky place out.
Dear drummer man, I owe you a hug big guy. This place made my NIGHT!
Keep on rocking in the free world my friends
The customer service was disappointing, and the staff didn’t seem to follow proper hygiene either—no gloves, no hair nets, and more focused on chatting than helping customers. Very unprofessional. Something definitely needs to be addressed
I tried this location a few times but the quality is not worth the price, similar to the Burlington location. The quality meat and sauce is no longer there. They need to serve better meat to justify over $40 for two bowls.
I really enjoyed the fork chop sticks great for the kids.
If we are being critical the “Combo” isn’t really a savings and pushes the price of lunch beyond the threshold of becoming a “regular option” in my weekly lunch budget.
Decent size for $15.18 and no pressure to tip which is a huge plus.
Taste is definitely up to par. Much better than say, Yoshinoya (Beef Bowl) but not as good as those Japanese -owned ma&pa ones back in the days in Los Angeles.
I recommend this place
I ordered the steak teriyaki while he chose the chicken teriyaki. He took advantage of an opening special and received his meal for $6, while mine was priced at $17.
He noted that the chicken did not taste fresh, resembling grilled frozen chicken with a rubbery texture; it reminded him of meals from Sarku Japan.
As for the steak, it was well-flavored, but I frequently encountered gristle or fatty pieces. In my opinion, the price does not reflect the quality of the meal. Additionally, I found the vegetable medley to be unsatisfactory. While it is possible to request only broccoli, there is an additional charge of $2 for that option.
