I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue but tonight’s experience left much to be desired. We ordered the ginger chicken don and it was drenched in what tasted like sesame oil. The picture attached was without adding the sauce that comes included. I looked up what the meal should look like and the rice should be white. Aside from that, we waited 45 minutes from ordering for the food. My husband had to go up to the counter to check because two people that had ordered after us had gotten their food. They hadn’t even started making our food. I had kept in mind the closing time was 8 and we were there and placed the order at 6:40.

The food is great, the drinks are good, the staff very friendly and professional. Had a wonderful date night. Only thing that got me was the grill was not fully clean. At the edge and in the corner, crumbs of something were left behind. The cook still missed them when he did his wipe down. Maybe it’s just my pet peeve. I don’t want to see what someone else had for their meal prior to mine. Utensils, cups, etc.

Hey everyone! I just tried Teriyaki Don and ordered the Yaki Udon Pan-Fried Chicken Noodles, along with the Spicy Chicken with Rice and Salad. Everything was absolutely delicious—so flavorful and cooked to perfection!

I really love this place, but lately when I place my order I’m getting burnt chicken. I’m not picky person I tried eating it, but it taste burnt. I checked it in my car, but when I got home the burnt pieces were at the bottom (hidden). I don’t live in Fresno so it’s my loss. Last time it’s was almost all burnt. It’s been happening weekends during the lunch period. Not sure if they have a new cook or just trying to save, which I get but i don’t think people can even taste the chicken if it’s burnt .

Horrible experience not once, but MULTIPLE occasions that have been spaced out by MONTHS. I decided to try this restaurant again because it’s what I grew up with and I really wanted it to be a good experience so I can come back. Sadly, it wasn’t. Once again, an extremely unorganized environment. People on staff are not taking their time with orders and they keep forgetting things within the order, whether it’s a side salad, a sauce, or just a whole sushi roll. I literally stopped getting delivery from this place because of that but even with pick up IT DOESN’T MATTER. And when you go up to them to correct the mistake, you get attitude and nasty facial expressions, as if I’M the one who made the mistake. I just lost a family member yesterday and all I wanted was some familiar good comfort food and getting this “good” comfort food is always a horrible experience. After today, I will no longer go to this place. If you’re just going for ONE BASIC meal, go for it. Anything more don’t waste your time. And the salads I recieved were gross with OLD pieces, broken container, sushi was warm on the bottom even though I asked them to store it because they got it done before my pickup time. Do better.

Food is pretty good but really a take and go type place. Can get very busy during peak times so maybe order ahead. Online ordering is a bit inefficient but it wouldn’t let me phone in an order. Overall food is good and price is fair. Service and atmosphere is lacking but that’s why I say take and enjoy at home. I got the steak, chicken and shrimp combo with brown rice. Comes with 2 small dumplings and a salad. They provide 3 different types of sauces and these are probably the best part. They compliment the meal very well. I say try them all on each protein you get.

Food is always a hit or miss! Ordered pick up tonight and only had 5 pieces of chicken and it was BURNT! The beef also had fewer pieces than usually only 6. My husband also ordered the same thing and had double the chicken and same steak. Just prefer consistency on how much meat is provided.

Yesterday was the First time checking the place out and man do I wish I would’ve came here sooner. I’ve heard of this place from way back in 2013 and here I am in 2020 getting my first taste of what will soon be one of my To Go places in Fresno. The food was delicious and service was great. Being a first time customer, the girl taking our order was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Teriyaki and my Wife ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll combo. Both meals filled us up and for the price no wonder this place is highly recommended by many aside from it being delicious of course. Only problem was the chicken was dry and a little cold but other than that I’m still looking forward to coming back. maybe next time the food temperature will be warmer.

Sorry to leave such a poor review. But this food was not for me. Had the beef yaki udon.Tasted like W sauce food was soggy. The W sauce or barbecue sauce was over bearing. I’ve had Yaki before but never like this. Customer service was great but this food was definitely not for me.
