We ordered through Grubhub. We found a black plastic rubber In the noodles we ordered. We found it at the very bottom after we ate most of the noodles. We felt very disgusted and threw the rest of the food away. Thankfully my kids did not swallow that. I think it’s very careless and unhygienic and dangerous. Never ordering here again!! Usually this is my favorite teriyaki place! The last several times my order has been messed up, such as forgetting the rice that goes with the meal or salad. The quality and portion size has gone down drastically for the chicken and stir fried veggies meal, there was barely any veggies in the box.

came here the other day. ordered a chicken teriyaki, shrimp yaki and orange chicken/ honey with fried rice. it was ALL terrible. i won’t be back here ever again. the chicken tasted under cooked. they only gave 5 small shrimp and the vegetables were raw, the orange chicken, honey chicken and fried rice in lake an extra $2 was just aweful but thankfully they did refund my money. the fried rice looked like white rice with about 2 peas and 4 carrots? they remade it with egg and more veggies but i think it tasted worse ♀️ the chicken tasted very low quality and i couldn’t even chew it not to mention the proportion i was given was not with the $18 i paid. panda express was better then this place and gives a lot of food. the photo i posted is before i even tried it and after they remade the rice which was STILL TERRIBLE that is ALL i was given! . the only good thing here was the broth soup they give for free.

Heard about this place for awhile. Finally decided to try and I’m so glad we did.

The staff were very friendly.
I got the Chicken Teriyaki and Gyoza, the chicken was very moiste which isn’t always the case for Teriyaki restaurants.
They also had a nice buffet of various sealed tea bags with giant cups to go, a very nice touch.
Seems like it’s improved since I last went here, nice work!

Always stop by here fir teriyaki before our hikes in the area. Pork dish is quite tasty here. Good service as well.

Portion sizes have become smaller and smaller since opening. Most recent and final time patronizing this restaurant my Chicken and Stir Fry veggies had just 2.8 oz of chicken, that is unacceptable at $16. At that price I should get a full head of cabbage and 2 onions for the veggies but that portion was similarly weak.

I conducted a taste comparison of the honey chicken from Teriyaki Diner to Manna Teriyaki honey chicken. My kids preferred Manna Teriyaki, because of the lack of sesame seeds, rice, and salad. There is a more vinegar taste to Teriyaki Diner, I personally like Teriyaki Diner, the rice was better and the way the chicken was fried was delicious.
